De kamers zijn klein en zonder ramen, maar voldoen wel. De bedden zijn erg comfortabel. Het ontbijt is gevarieerd, veel en heel erg lekker! Het personeel is extreem vriendelijk. Iedere dag vragen ze hoe het met je gaat en of je nog wat nodig hebt. De binnenplaats is een gezellige plek om te ontbijten of gewoon even te zitten. Ze zijn erg behulpzaam wat betreft tours of transport regelen. Vanaf de locatie is alles prima te belopen.

Hostal does not do this place justice. It is more like a boutique b&b. The rooms were clean and the bed was really comfy. The staff were so friendly, the owner even took an hour out of his day to take us out for local food and to visit the cold pools. In the morning we were served a free, gorgeous breakfast and they provided us with complimentary parking. Amazing value for money, 100% recommend.

We stayed for a couple of nights during our time in Santa Ana and had a great time. Juan Carlos and his wife have just opened this location but also run another place in town - they are very experienced and run this place very well and are a lovely couple - they even took us for pupusas after collecting us from the bus stop when we arrived from Guatemala! The rooms are very clean and have everything you need, the breakfast was one of the best we had during our whole 7 months in Central America and the rooftop terrace was a nice addition. WiFi also worked very well. We would highly recommend and would definitely return!
