I stayed two nights at the Plaza Antigua Posada Hostal in Santa Ana El Salvador. The staff of ''Pepe & Alex'' were great guys that spoke English, arranged tours, even showed me around town. The Hostal is located just 5 minute walk from Santa Ana Cathedral -Plaza near all the restaurants, shops, events. The hostal has parking in back, the rooms are small with en-suite bathroom, a kitchen to make your meals. It is part of an old mansion that was built in the 1870's with the looks being well preserved indeed. There is a patio in which one could relax, drink a beer. The WIFI was a little shaky yet other then that you can't beat this place.

Really enjoyed my stay at hostel Antigua posada! The vibe was tranquil and the staff was super nice. It was a great mix between indoor and outdoor living with plants, fauna, and hammocks. Great stay at a great price. We paid $20 usd for a private for room for two.
