We scheduled our trip in June and negotiated a price that we all agreed upon. When we arrived everything was fine, but when they realized we were from the U.S. the price jumped by 60% and we were not allowed to stay unless we paid. Avoid this place at all cost. They are dishonest and will try and take advantage of you.
Stayed here for two nights while visiting Santa Ana and the nearby tourist sites. There is a nice pool, a great restaurant and the entire hotel is themed on Italy but Salvadorian at the end of the day. Breakfast was great. The staff were cordial at all times. Noise level is minimal when the music from the restaurant isn't playing - though even when it is, it's still pretty quiet.
We stayed here with an NGO group and had the hotel to ourselves! It is located up on the hill above town - nice views, but because the busy highway runs right in front, you cannot get to town unless you have a vehicle. Our room (Naturaleza) was large - bedroom, office type room, bathroom and attached patio area - but unfortunately very noisy due to the proximity to the highway and the loud TV that was on 24/7 in the suite below us (bring your ear plugs). Each room has unique, eclectic decor. The upper area of the hotel is lovely with the pool, bar and dining area (although the pool could use a bit of maintenance). The hotel owners/staff were always very helpful and accommodating. We were on a prepaid meal plan, so the meals just showed up but they were good and always served promptly.…
It is away from downtown Santa Ana but they can call you a taxi who is also really nice. They are helpful in every way. The room was a bit small but enough for two nights. The breakfast, included, was really tasty. They have a restaurant there which is really good with many food options and fair prices. They gave us many helpful directions to move around, also a gallon.of water without eve asking, which save our day out. If I go back I will stay there for sure.
We love familiar places, rustic decorations, cool ambient, and delicious food! So this was the perfect place to share with family, to rest and to have a great time at the pool! We will get back for sure! Also the employees are so nice and kind! I was in other hotels in Santa Ana but I had a better experiencia in Villa Napoli I felt like home! I’m from Honduras! The breakfast as so delicious 5 stars!
I primarily used the B&B as a staging area. I was out on excursions and exploring for most of my time here. All of the staff I spoke to and interacted with were friendly and accommodating. My Spanish isn't great, not everyone spoke English, however, we were able to communicate effectively and this didn't deter from my experience. I had the $3 breakfast each morning which was fantastic. If your an early riser or need to head out early you should make arrangements for an early breakfast. The furnishings in my room were eclectic, made me feel like it was an after thought. Bedsheet was too small which made for uncomfortable sleeping. Overall the B&B met my needs. There is potential to make the experience better so guests come away with a truly wonderful experience.
Good rates, nice place and pool, good food. Alfredo is a great host as is the rest of the staff. Nice way to discover Santa Ana.A very good option for the area considering that center town has limited options.
Firstly, this place is a bit difficult to find, a bit more signage on the way out from Santa Ana would be helpful. That said this hotel was a great find. The staff were exceptional, made us feel right at home and nothing was too much bother, even to the extent of bringing us into to the city and collecting us at night. Each room is designed under a different Italian themed city. The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped, and with great air con. While it's near the road the noise was not an issue for us. Breakfast, served outside, was plentiful and delicious. I'm delighted to have stayed here and would have no hesitation doing so again.
This B&B came recommended to me by the previous tour operator I had used in Suchitoto and both it as well as its proprietress, Rosie (and her family) made my brief stay of two nights in Santa Ana memorable and pleasurable.
Nice location and supposed to be quiet so I can only imagine the noise at other hotels! Rosi, Rodrigo and Mario were delightful and very helpful. Rosi drove us to dinner and back at a delicious pupuseria. Breakfast and coffee were delicious. Only “issues “ were hot water and the toilet not flushing properly. Hopefully this will be fixed.
