I book this hotel on line and immediately noticed that the booking date was wrong, I immediately contacted the hotel chain through their website and was told that I would have to pay again and that I would not get a refund even though my booking was for some months later

My road trip from U.K. To Spain is never easy to organise what with the hundreds of possible stop offs on the way. Last year we took a chance on this place as it was cheap and for a one night sleep, was worth a go. Never again will I be staying here!! To be fair, the room was OK....

Being close to an autoroute is expected for this style of hotel, but for us the next door tram stop with a frequent (and late evening) service into the heart of Orleans is the added value. The member of staff was friendly, bed was super comfortable and the wifi superb. Breakfast could do with a bit more choice but the...

We stayed overnight on our trip back home. Very friendly welcome at check-in and the nice receptionist had the perfect hint for going down town Orléans: by tram! Directly without stop and no searching for a parking spot ... Room was OK, a little old. The shower needs a renovation. But all in all recommendable for a quick visit to...

We'd booked ahead which was lucky as it was busy being Aug .the room was pretty standard for this chain and mean on pillows . They could have more on the shelves. It's cheaper then campenile which we used to stay at and not much different . Our main complaint is the carpark was very tight and much evidence of...

This hotel is situated near a shopping area on the outskirts of Orleans but near one of the metro stops. The breakfast was very good and unlimited. The rooms were comfortable though compact. But then we only used them to sleep in or shower in. The WiFi worked well. Nearby we found a Chinese buffet place which I would also...

We stayed here on the way down to the Dordogne, and the Evreux B&B on the way back. Evreux is much the better hotel and also cheaper, so if you can accommodate being an 90 miles further north then stay there instead. B&B Orleans is a motel style hotel with individual rooms accessible from external (publicly accessible) walkways like a...

This is a really convenient location for a stopover as it is very close to the autoroute with a few restaurants nearby. It is also near the tram stop if you want to visit Orleans. When we arrived the computer system was not working and having no cash, were unable to pay. The rooms are accessed by an external staircase...

Ideal for stopover with the basics. Right beside the autoroute which is very convenient with the noise. Very clean room with everything working even though bathroom is a bit small. Best of all the non smoking room really was such! Rare in France unfortunately. No frills or French charm but very practical when on the road.

I wouldn't have wanted to spend any more than one night in the room. We had a family room, a hard double bed on the ground floor with a small bathroom, and the kids were up the stairs looking down over us. The room did the job, it was functional, no hair dryer though. The stairs were really steep too...
