Don’t be fooled by the neighborhood (all of Fiumicino is a bit sketchy -looking) nor by the difficulty finding this place (the sign on the road is very sun-faded, look for ‘Fort Apache Steakhouse’ signage and head for the restaurant, to the left of it is the hotel entrance). The price is right, it is close to FCO. The rooms are all recently updated. The mattress is comfortable. The room AC works GREAT. The bathroom is also recently updated, nothing to complain about. Laura is very friendly and accommodating and her English is great. There’s good seafood on the lungomare, it is a bit of a walk if you don’t have a car though. There’s also an American-style western steakhouse directly downstairs if you need food without a lot of effort. I did not eat there so I can’t review it, but It’s hard to mess up many of their menu items such as fries and pizza. Would definitely stay here again!…
Super, really nice people and really cool place very close to the airport. I really advice it. Thanks again, Andrea from Sicily. I'll come again during my next time in Rome, thanks again for everything
I booked the hotel last minute as I needed to fly into Rome one evening and fly out the next. After I booked they emailed me to let me know their check-in closes at 11pm and if you need to arrive after that they only allow check-in until midnight with 24 hours notice. This seemed ridiculous given flights are often delayed and many land at night - how could I give so much notice? I asked about the airport shuttle service advertised and they said it would cost 20 euros each way - for a 5 minute drive! That's 40 euros both ways. There was no other way to get there as it's not accessible by public transport. As I saw my flight was delayed and I wouldn't make it by 11pm I let them know as soon as I saw it with plenty of hours of notice and asked to cancel the booking and they refused to give me any amount of refund. They pocketed the full amount even though I only booked the night before. An enormous waste of money - be warned about all the hidden fees and conditions!…
By Maria and Chris Marioni. Our Google Maps got us here, parked in a large secure parking lot shared with other businesses. We met Luca at the front desk and he took very good care of us. Awesome room, bed was typical italian but very good and the room was excellent. This hotel is very clean and well kept. We are just a few minutes from the airport, very close to the Ancient Roman Naval base of Ostia Antica, and very near to the beaches and Sea. We ate at the Isola Del Oro Restaurant just 2 minutes walk and had pizza 🍕 by the meter and great red beer. Thank you Sleep and Go for a wonderful experience.
The service at Sleep N Go was the best! They try their best to help you with everything! Even when i lost my phone they contacted alot of people to get it back. And yes, they got it back for sure! Really nice people who work there and the room was nice and cozy. Definetly a good place to stay if I would go back to Italy!!
