This hotel is extremely close to the airport. You can see some of the runways from the windows. thankfully it is not noisy, at least not as expected. I highly recommend it for rest if you have long connection times. Unfortunately, the taxi to the terminals are 20€. Too expensive for such short distance

This B&B does not at all reflect its positive reviews. The room was smelly, with ripped contact paper covering the windows. Breakfast was prepackaged rolls and juice boxes and the terrace was filled with garbage. The internet did not work anywhere but up in the office next to the wifi router and the bikes were barely rideable and had flats. We rode four or five blocks to the beach which was dirty, and then to the ONLY place to have dinner within a couple of miles. Finally, we were forced to pay in cash because none of our four credit cards would work since the internet signal was so spotty. DO NOT pay a cab to stay here in order to be close to the airport, because you will still need to get an overpriced cab to the airport. Just stay in Rome.

The staff were wonderful and kind, the room was nice and the location is great! There's a beach nearby as well as a supermarket and even bikes for rent so you can get around easier Definitely recommend and will be staying here again next time I'm in Rome

Ok b&b. big room, very basic interior but everything clean. we just used it for a one night stay because of it's proximity to the airport. A taxi to leonardo was 20 eur. The b&b is Not far from the beach (10 min. Walk) which was surprisingly clean and also a supermarket is nearby 3min walk. As expected the noise from fiumicino airport is extreme, which is why I would never stay there for more than one night. When we closed the windows we were fine though. We had to leave at 4 in the morning and after asking the owner gave us a few things for breakfast the evening before. From our room we could go onto the terrace where we had our dinner and finished off all leftovers from our holiday. Nice last evening. So nothing to complain about. Serves the purpose for a one night stay but certainly not for longer.…

I booked 2 rooms, 2 adults per room. We were told that Ren & Ros would provide free transport to Fiumicino Rome Airport. Apparently that was true if only 2 people wanted to go to the airport at one time. We had to pay 10 Euros for a second (tiny) car. We had a total of 4 adults, 4 suitcases, and 4 carry-ons. All this was explained in advance. The location, although near the airport, is on the backside of the airport in an extremely rural area. The restaurant proved to not be in walking distance for 4 senior citizens. They did help us order pizza delivery to us. There is absolutely nothing to do near this B&B. No one at the B&B was the least bit fluent in English, although we were repeated told that "when my son arrives he will speak English & handle things." All the power went out in our bedroom and bathroom (and the electric heater/AC) and the son continually tried to fix things by changing the light bulb in the bathroom. He did not understand what we were telling him nor did he grasp the fact that ALL the power was off in our room, therefore it was the electric circuit, not a blown lightbulb. Eventually we convinced him that since the heater was also off, it was not a blown lightbulb. He found that when he turned on his coffee maker it cutoff the power to our room. They helped us get to Rome by taking us (free) to a bus location that would take us to Termini Station for only 5 Euros each. But then we had to take a taxi to the Vatican, which was where we had said we wanted to visit. They said it was in walking distance (it absolutely is NOT). It cost 78 Euros to return to the B&B.…
