They staff are super helpful and friendly, I’m sure they would hold your bags. Give them a call, they speak English. Also, they do have a driver that can pick you up but it’s about the same price as a taxi (€10 per person with the hotel). We used the ‘mytaxi’ app in all of Rome- it’s like the American Uber app.
