If I had to rely on the staff of the facility, I would award 10 dots! All the staff are very friendly, helpful and kind, from first to last. It feels more or less like home. The hotel enjoys a good location and the private beach is served by a continuous, punctual and fast shuttle service. So far, so good. On the first day of my stay I had to ask for some cobwebs to be removed from the room. The latter, anything but soundproof and with rather dirty walls, practically overlooked other walls of the hotel. Being close to the hall, you could hear every noise. The night's rest was also disturbed by the ventilation system which suddenly activated making a loud noise. The makeover of the room, especially the bed, was not to my liking and in a seven-night stay the bed linen was not changed even once. Conversely, the towels were changed daily. Moving on to breakfast, I found it monotonous and poorly provided for those like me who are lactose intolerant. Many sold out products were no longer replenished on the buffet. Personally, I also suffered from the lack of bar service. In conclusion, from a structure costing around 230.00 euros per night I expect more and better.

You will be conquered by the quality and choice of the food (especially sea food) and by the very kind and prompt availability of the personnel, including the young guys from the reception, one cleaning lady, one waiter and the drivers of the shuttle to the beach: they all really make a difference, also for their accurate but non obsessive care in observing and ensuring observance of social distancing and face coverings.
You are close to the sea, but also far enough to be deprived of its sight and sound. A good walker can reach it in less than 5 minutes though, or less than 15 if it is the hotel’s beach, which raises the conflict between a nice walk on the beach (unmissable at the sunset) and a nice chat with the charming shuttle drivers (convenient if it is late in the morning or early in the afternoon, hence hot).
You are also at 10 mins climb from the amazing ancient Sperlonga, but again far enough to miss its sight and voices... Probably good when it’s time to sleep.
The swimming pool cannot compete with the sea, both for the rare transparency of the latter and for the small size of the former, but your kids will think otherwise. Some green around the pool would perhaps give it a more naturalistic aspect.
Overall the hotel works well, perhaps a quicker table service would sometimes help, especially at the beach.

My partner, I and our 18 month old daughter stayed one night in a Classic/Standard room. I must say that we were disappointed by the sight of the room located (as per the attached photos) in a sort of basement, we didn't have a overlooking the street, garden or in short, view of the air, very claustrophobic as a room, but view of very unpleasant and narrow grates and walls, in addition to the almost continuous noise during the evening and night of the engines, I think, of the air conditioners. It must be said that being a 4 star hotel, for the type of room we were given the price is quite exorbitant and honestly I thought that with the price we paid we would have a better room, a room like this is not acceptable for €215 for one night (including breakfast) with noise all night and such a narrow view, I believe that no 4-star hotel should offer its customers such a room, there was not a bit of natural light, a gray sad and dark. We were disappointed.
Our dissatisfaction was only with the room. Then friendly, helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast full of everything good even for celiacs. Super convenient location also for families with strollers for a stroll along the sea, effective shuttle service to the seaside beach.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier and breakfast was plentiful.
The hotel was tired and in need of repairs. The hotel pool was missing lots of floor tiles, piled up on the pool side. Our shower and sink both leaked water, we had to use all the towels to mop the floor.
The Wi-Fi was not great.
But by far my biggest annoyance and disgust was the cost of the sun loungers and umbrella at the private beach. This four star hotel charged €35 per day (£29) for two sun loungers and an umbrella, which should have been complimentary. For that ridiculous cost, you got NO beach towels, NO complimentary drink/water at the beach bar and NO Wi-Fi.
The hotel situated close to all amenities and the old town, which is well worth a visit. There is a lift to the top of the old town but the stairs and ally’s are so beautiful.

Beautiful, very well-kept structure. The room is large and the bed is comfortable. Excellent cleanliness, a detail not to be taken for granted. The restaurant is on the sea and can be reached by a shuttle that runs continuously. The dishes offered are good and cooked with fresh ingredients, the breakfast is excellent.
Friendly and helpful staff.
The only criticism is the half board offer. Since there is no dinner arranged but dishes to choose from the à la carte menu (and this is an advantage), the three courses provided must fall within the expected budget of 60 euros otherwise you will pay the difference.
In another structure in the past with a similar offer, the three courses could be chosen from the à la carte menu regardless of the individual cost. Only the choice of particularly fine ingredients included an extra charge and was promptly reported.
Overall, however, the holiday lived up to expectations.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the beach can be easily reached with the shuttle provided by the hotel or with a short walk on the beach of about 8 minutes. The staff is friendly, helpful and very professional. Cleanliness is impeccable and abundant breakfast good and varied.

We stayed at this property for just one night. The staff is friendly and helpful. Room on the first floor difficult to reach as you have to take two lifts at different points along long corridors. It was small but clean. The bathroom requires maintenance due to the presence of limescale in the taps and in the shower, which is also small and has an annoying leak of water from the door. Added value is the small terrace with table and chairs and free mini bar with water and drinks. The breakfast is good although in a 4 star hotel in my opinion the cafeteria should be served at the tables and not self service via vending machines. Excellent private parking.

The hotel is of a high standard, and this can be seen from the kindness of the staff, from the rooms of the hall, from the quality and variety of the breakfast. The location in the city is also excellent.
But there is a but.
If you are assigned a room under the attic, well. Then it is neither fair nor correct to ask for figures like those we paid to stay, i.e. €900 (perhaps just a few coins less) for THREE nights; around €300 per night is not a fair amount for a room that in fact not only lacks a balcony but is also WITHOUT a window; in the room there was only a small window that reached knee height, which could not be used to look out, to get air, or to hang out a swimsuit or beach towel to dry.
We do not argue about the cleanliness of the room, the daily change of towels and, I repeat, the general courtesy.
But a room with this type of "handicap" is not worthy of a four-star hotel.

We are about to leave and already think about when to return next year.
Satisfied with the service, spotless hotel, excellent breakfast and outstanding staff. In particular: the punctual shuttle drivers and the car park manager always courteous and kind, the lifeguards always attentive and helpful, at breakfast precise and impeccable staff. Ditto at reception, kindness and availability. A nice team that made our stay even more enjoyable!

The facility is nice. The rooms are large and clean.
Breakfast offers many sweets and a little savory food. The first morning I asked for a soy cappuccino but was told that it wasn't possible to have it, too bad!
Lunch, in the establishment, was good but a salad with prawns (probably defrosted) cost €22, so the prices are a bit too high... in fact, there were never many seats.
The breakfast and lunch staff were friendly but unorganized.
The guys at the reception were all very helpful.
The shuttle service works very well. The clean beach and large umbrellas.
There are some points that could be improved but overall the experience was positive.

You either take a taxi from the hotel to the nearest rail station and then take a train to Rome, Termini, from Termini there are no problems to take another taxi at 48 euro to airport, fixed price. In Sperlonga very relyable family taxi company tel +39 3397545297, possible to negotiate the price to airport.
