Arrived - reception and bar looked dilapidated and smelled heavily of smoke. Asked timings for dinner - told they weren't doing dinner as chef on holiday. Asked about timings for breakfast - told there was no breakfast as (yes you have guessed) chef on holiday! Asked for a bottle of wine - told no white wine; asked what red choice...

Friendly receptionist efficient booking in,who gave us opinion of local restaurants we asked about Indian. The room was small all rather tired mattress exhausted,expensive for what it is.parking good very close to centre of town.

Just returned after a weekend break in brigg had another delightful stay at the exchange hotel, on arrival was met by the management was booked in speedy and efficiently was given advice on nearby attractions and shown to our rooms,tea and coffee facilities in room free wifi and car park a nice bar in the hotel with pool table and...

It's strange how some reviews are so completely the opposite from others. I've stayed here twice now and it's ok- it really is ok. I stay in hotels all over the country and I often stay in better but not at this price. This hotel offers value for money! Yes the rooms are a bit tired but at this price...

Needs updating inside .Smells musty inside.Cant check in until 5pm which is poor and nobody there all day until 5pm.Just a telephone number to ring.Expensive for what we paid.Wouldnt stay here again for the price we paid. Kettle had water in it with bits of the element floating around

didn't have a problem with this hotel,once the wifi issue was sorted out(the code on the key fob was for the access code in the hotel the rooms in the courtyard have a different hub) the staff did all they could to help,i found that by talking to them instead of just complaining about problems after you leave your stay...

Just returned from a weekend break at the exchange like to say that myself and a friend had a wonderful time there had a room that was nice and clean and comfortable nice heater plus ironing board which came in handy nice quiet part of town but still within walking distance to public Houses etc like to take this opportunity...
