We stayed here for 2 nights this week whilst doing a whistle stop tour of northern NZ. The accommodation was superb, providing everything we could have needed and more. The site is airless and the hosts really helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this site to anyone 👍

We stayed here for one night at the beginning of our holiday. It was amazing! The lodge we stayed in, number 13, was spotlessly clean, with all the amenities you could ask for, walk in shower, clean bathroom, loads of towels. Parking was nearby. The lady on reception, I think she was the owner, was very helpful and friendly. It;s...

This was exactly what we were looking for first class accommodation, excellent friendly service, beautiful location and difficult to leave. Our hosts Dave and Julie could not have been more welcoming. Absolutely recommended and hope we will return one day.

Pauanui is a large holiday resort with a small permanent population. It was very quiet when we visited but it would be very crowded in the season. The accomodation was clean and comfortable and had a tennis court, putting green, BBQ bikes etc.

The location is beautiful near beaches and harbour. It was a quiet "village" with a few basic shops and cafes in easy walking distance. The people were friendly and helpful. The first full day we were there of our scheduled 2 night stay was spent driving around the nearby area seeing the various beaches, both in pauanui and along the...

My husband and I started our New Zealand vacation at the beginning of January on the Coromandel Peninsula. We stayed at the Pauanui Pines Motor Lodge and loved it. Although Pauanui is not a large town, the lodge was right in the middle and accessible to everything. The owners were such nice people and offer free self-serve laundry and bicycles....

We booked two nights and wish we could stay longer. Immaculate accommodation and a nice and relaxed atmosphere. The owners were chilled and this permeated throughout the Motor Lodge - nothing was too much trouble. Bikes were available for use as were the three BBQ's. Shops and cafes are a 10 minute walk and the fantastic beaches a 5 minute...

We stayed here for 3 nights over the New Year. The motel is exceptionally quiet, very clean, well looked after, with very good owners. It is a short walk to the nearby shops, and the beach is also within walking distance. We caught the ferry to Tairua one day which was lovely, and took a trip up to Hahei another...
