Having spent 2 weeks in the giant 4* Planibel hotel and 1 week in the small 2* Hotel Coeur du Village I felt compelled to write a small review here, such was the enormity of the difference in treatment and consideration made by staff towards me and my friends at both hotels. In essence the Coeur du Village was everything...

Spent 8 nights here on a ski trip. It was the perfect relaxing base; your host works tirelessly to ensure everything is just as it should be: from the locally sourced produce for breakfast to ensuring your cappuccino is just the right temperature.

During my visit to la thuile with my girlfriend we decided to try ristorante piccolo san bernardo, not because of reviews on here, but because I stayed in this hotel almost ten years ago and thought it would be nice to revisit. The food at this restaurant is by far the best i had during my short stay. Unlike other...

We we came to la Thuile upon the recommendation of a friend and stayed at the Piccolo San Bernardo because it had the only room left in town. I doubt we will ever stay anywhere else. It is such a great deal! We took the 3 person room (again only one left) and it was really huge! It would be...

I stayed here with a friend and we find the quality of this 2 stars hotel is really high for the category. The room is clean and not so small, the same for the private bathroom. We suggest to try the restaurant of the hotel and taste " tagliere di salami e formaggi" : you will experience real lardo di...

We also stayed at the Piccolo San Bernardo from 18-25 March. (Crystal Ski). The food might not always have been quite what we had been expecting to see on the plate but we did come home having had a really good time. We had great company in the hotel that week which probably makes a good skiing holiday and the...

We have just returned from a weeks skiing in La Thuile (Booked with Crystal). Previously we stayed at the very overpriced Miramonti Hotel. So decided, as this was the second skiing trip of the year to save some money and stay at the Piccolo San Bernardo. The rooms were very spacious, clean and good storage facilities. If anything the bathrooms...

A warm welcome from Gian Pierro started our weeks skiing in La Thuile. A cosy hotel with that personal touch, lovely choice of food and quiet location. Good size room and bathroom. Ski bus stops outside hotel and is only a few minutes to the slopes. Ski storage was appreciated. No criticism at all and will return if La Thuile...

Okay, we didn't stay at this hotel but we did eat at the attached restaurant 2 nights out of our 5 nights stay in LaThuile. We stayed at a private apartment of a relative. However, I searched tripadvisor for the restaurant only and this place doesn't appear so I am writing this review here instead and hope that it gets...
