thank you so much for your kind words! we love meeting people and we always endeavour to make our guests' stay is more than just a bed for the night. Good food, conversation and some serious R&R is what a break away is all about in our view! And two or more nights provides you the opportunity to unwind and...

My partner and I spent a lovely night here. The rooms were excellent, the lounge was luxurious and the surrounds were peaceful and serene. We would highly recommend this a place to treat yourself. Liz and Jim were very friendly, as were the animals when we ventured outside. Feeding the Alpacas was a definite highlight. Do try the food here,...

thank you Hadleigh for your review - we are so glad you enjoyed your stay here. There is always local seasonal produce available of some sort but we can't wait for the berries to start again! Nothing like strawberries, raspberries and boysenberries freshly picked from the garden! Have to make do with our jams in the interim (and the fresh...

Absolute highlight was sitting in the spa pool, drinking local wine, with a view of the milky way. Unbeatable! Room was fantastic - comfy bed, lovely bathroom, and plenty of space. We enjoyed relaxing in the guest lounge with the fire, eating the yummy cake. Great fun meeting all the animals too! Thanks Tracey, we had a fantastic time and...

thank you so much for your review. it is always good to know that we are doing the right things! We agree, the local pub - the Gladstone Inn - is a real asset, a 'proper' country pub. Good atmosphere and great food.....and, well, you can't go wrong with our local wines, in our view, they are all great!

The rooms were quiet and comfortable and we found the guest lounge great for pre and post dinner socialising. We had a lovely walk around the beautiful garden and enjoyed interaction with the family pets. A...

hi Karen - thank you for your review and we are so glad that the weekend lived up to expectations. It was wonderful to meet you all. We agree, Johner is a fabulous winery and we know how lucky we are to have it close by. The only problem we have is choosing which of the 16 varieties of wine...
