We spent 4 days in the agriturismo and found the room to be very cosy and the service to be really personalised and attentive to our requests. The food was really the highlight as it is extremely fresh and cooked by the wife of the host, we were seriously impressed.
The setting is very tranquil and our daughter loved seeing the horses and other animals which are kept there.
Arriving is a bit of a problem the first time and you definitely need a car as it is just off the Strada Statale however provides a great base to explore Agrigento and the surrounding areas.
All in all definitely will return when in the area.

First of all I would point out that this is a farm house and not a hotel, so it is located in the countryside where the owners offer hospitality. This also means that you won’t find some hotel services (night porter, laundry, bar, etc) but a cosy hospitality
I spent 6 nights during August 2009.
Style: XVIII century Sicilian farm, perfectly restored with 7 rooms arranged for guests. The house is very beautiful and it is a typical “Baglio” with a big yard (patio) and the rooms surrounding it. It also has a nice pool (not very big) and plenty of space to walk. The best is the terrace on Licata’s plain with an astonishing view of the Licata’s Gulf.
Location: 7 km from Licata and the beaches. Car is the only way to reach it.
Rooms: Rooms have a very essential furniture. Our was very big and comfortable: a wardrobe, a writing table, two chairs, 2 bed tables. There should be satellite tv, but you can see just Italian public channels (RAI). The bathroom was good, with a large...
