The hotel was old, but very well kept. The view of the lake from my room and balcony was simply wonderful. The staff could not have been any nicer or more accomodating. The food was excellent as well. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and we plan on going back.

Yes, this is a nice hotel - the staff are excellent, our room was good and the food was fine. However, the grounds were simply crammed with tents, caravans and motorhomes whilst we were there. Quite apart from parking difficulties, the grounds were not available to stroll around and hot & cold water for showers in the evening was in...

We have just returned from our stay at Hotel Kursaal and can honestly say that it was one of the most welcoming hotels that we have ever stayed in! All the staff from the cleaners to the owner were wonderful and really made our stay - nothing was too much trouble for any of them. We had a room on...

We stayed at Kursaal Hotel in April after having the accommodation recommended to us by our friends wedding planner. I'm glad we took their advice as this hotel was a lovely place to stay, right on Lake Trasimeno. We had a room on the first floor with a small private balcony overlooking the lake (unfortunately it was raining so didn't...

We were attending a wedding locally but were unable to stay at the venue so stayed here as one of the recommendations from the wedding planner for 3 nights. We were a little surprised when we arrived to find it was also a camp site but this in no way put us off, it was pleasant to walk around and...

My wife and i have just returned from a holiday in Umbria and Tuscanny, during which we spent four days at the hotel. Having stayed at some of the best hotels in the world i can honestly say that the service at the Kursaal was unequalled, the food excellent, accommodation first class and the view of the lake a bonus....

We stayed at the Kursaal for 3 nights in September to attend a wedding nearby. This is a 3* hotel so no luxury, but the rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was a little dated and could probably do with a refit but was perfectly adequate. As a party of 4 we had 2 rooms, a...

The Hotel is an old fashioned traditional Italian Hotel in the most amazing setting. It's grounds ar eused by campers but we did not find this to be a problem at all. The pool and facilities easily accommodated the guests. The Hotel staff are lovely people who do all they can to make your stay as postive as possible. The...
