My family and I have frequented this establishment since it opened as Radstones. The food is no longer the same. Quality changed. Service was terrible we had to ask to order our drinks twice. Then waited 50minutes for our main meal. No longer our facourite or local resturant. Service terrible. What a disappointing evening. Creme bruela was not even brown...

Came with friends for afternoon tea and had a very pleasant afternoon. Food was lovely with plenty of choice of sandwiches, scones and cakes. We weren't rushed and stayed for a cocktail. The cocktail menu was extensive and had a lovely range of mocktails too for the drivers. Wide range of teas too including decaff. Staff were really friendly and...

Disabled car park provided at front of Hotel but suffers from Hotel Staff cars and vans regularly using it instead of the general car park at rear none displaying Blue Badge. Meals variable in taste, price and choice, however, service often lets Restaurant down with long waits between courses. January half price Mains from A La Carte menu was a...

Just back from a DBB stay(a gift) with my husband. We had a lovely time. Room was very modern but no bath! Disappointment to me! Menu choice in restaurant was really good as was the food. Service was good! Only problem was there was a function on and I was kept awake till 2am with rowdy guests! Informed reception and...

So the hotel is pretty easy to find, just off junction 8 of the M8, and the place looks modern and smart from the outside. I have to say the ground outside, from the large car park, clean paths and ponds give the place a real premium feel. This is continued in the foyer and corridors, very modern and bigger...

The hotel is lovely, it was really busy, there was a wedding on and quite a few birthday celebrations but have to say there wasn't any problem with noise or service. Our meal was lovely as was breakfast with great service. Room was spacious and clean. Had...

The service in the Resturant always lets this place down , we were there with friends and expected a better service as we had stayed twice before, but it was worse ,not enough experienced staff .They are all exceptionally pleasant or so we thought , until my partner complained to the so called under manager was very rude when he...

Had an overnight stay her in early February 2017. When we checked in we found that the room we were allocated had no power. We patiently waited by candlelight and found the toilet was flooded also! Eventually we were allocated a roasting hot room on another floor where the sink took an age to drain. On checking out we found...
