after reading other reviews,we were a bit wary of staying here.however, what "us westerners" have to remember when travelling to eastern Europe,is that their way isn`t our way,and ours isn`t theirs.Doesn`t mean either of us are wrong with our cultures, just different.the hotel itself was fantastic. Our apartment was very clean warm, and housekeeping was everyday. The food was buffet style, lots of it.alot of different...

Just an average hotel - rooms, restaurant, breakfast & lunch buffets, spa - all are okay but nothing special. Not sure about the service as did not have much interaction with the staff. There was poorly (or better say - silly) organized fashion event.

Will be coming back again as great value and we are...

The hotel is good, but staff is very unaware what to do, especially at reception. They gave as only card to open the door to our apartment and next to our door apartment, there was another room. First night there were no people, but next day, they came and we did not even have key to lock our room. When...

Receptionists were inadequate. Food low quality and not much choice. Outside pool very cold even in the hottest summer days. I side pool and jacuzzi were disgustingly dirty. Most stupid thing is we had to share a balcony with another room?!?!?

Stuff is OK and very friendly. Rooms are spacious but not clean like it should be for 4 star hotel, and they must...
