I wish I had stayed somewhere else. The room felt cramped. Moving in the bathroom was next to impossible. I basically had to sit sideways on the toilet because it was that close to the wall. The breakfast buffet made an attempt at adequacy, but the reality is that it left room for more. If something was out, it took a long time to get more. The juices were very watered down. The pool right in the middle of the hotel made it very noisy. I imagine all the rooms that are interior to the hotel have this issue. I could also here every noise from the hallway. The service in the restaurant was painstakingly slow, there was only one other table when I ate there for dinner. I was in the restaurant another night and witnessed the same attitude towards service to someone who was waiting in an empty restaurant. I left my do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping came in and proceeded to move all my stuff off the bed. What’s the point of a do not disturb sign? I received a phone call at 10:45pm (22:45) to ask if I was still in the room cause apparently my reservation reflected something different. Of course I was already asleep, so this was not the way this should have been handled. When I checked in at 5am, I got handed my key with zero explanation about where my room was, where and when I could eat breakfast. When I asked, it seemed like I was bothering the man at reception. On a positive note, a lady at reception did help me order pizza and another lady helped me with come recommendations. Overall, I would never stay at this hotel again. There were just too many problems during my stay.

Very Friendly People, very good Food, Central Place near Plaza de armas. Free Transport from Airport and back. Büffet breakfast. We had a 3 bedroom. Big enough. Today is my Birthday and they gave me fresh wild flowers from the Jungle and a very nice Card from the Hotel. I fully recommend this hotel.

The hotel sent a driver to collect us from the airport which was much appreciated. The staff are friendly though I suspect they aren't used to having foreigners stay there so are afraid that there will be language issues. Rooms are very modern, clean and well looked after. There's a buffet breakfast that could be improved upon as there always seems to be a shortage of food available (or maybe my timing was bad). There's also a mini-pool, a bar and an on site restaurant all within a 5 minute walk of the main square.

Nice hotel, The restaurant is very good too, and the Staff is superb and friendly. Breakfast -included- had a buffet. Location is perfect, right in the center of all things. You can walk everywhere. But the area is too loud and very frustating.

We got picked up at the airport. The person who took us to the hotel was great. He was very friendly. We received two welcome drinks and got escorted to our room. The room was nice, clean and functional. A/C working fine and good lighting. The inside pool view is nice but the outside view is not really all good. It can get noisy if you want to relax during the day or evening. The breakfast is basic but good and everything is clean. The hotel is very close to Tarapoto main square. I can emphasize the customer service!!!

The hotel is a decent three star with comfortable installations. However, the night I stayed the cleaning personnel was working at 4am in the lobby and speaking loud. I heard everything and has to ask twice to obtain some peace. Additionally, during the day there is a lot of noise entering from the street motorcycles and personal again yelling between them.

We stayed only for one night, arrived late in the evening and had to catch a plane next day in the morning. The Hotel is two blocks away from the city center. The city itself is not nice , very chaotic. The room was small and very clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was not so good, bread juice, cafe and eggs...

We stay here with a friend in two different rooms. They picked us up from the airport in the very nice VAN with AC. The rooms were clean and were as good as we expected. The personnel that works there is very kind and very helpful with any question you've got. The restaurant was not available as they promise. I think because it was a Sunday and they did not have the buffet breakfast instead of that they make us choose from three options. And for lunch we wanted to try something from their restaurant, but they were very sincere and told us the food was not going to be as good as we can get outside in any other restaurant. This was because the chef was off duty. They took us to the airport for free to get our fly to Lima. Would come back again and stay here.

It's a well located hotel (a couple of blocks of Tarapoto's Main Square) and near of local shops such as grosseries, drugstores, restaurants, etc. Rooms with air conditioning are available, pool and breakfast included. The only think I didn't like was the air conditioning. I found that the one of my room was not clean at all, That's the only complain I have.

Terapoto can be a muggy place and this hotel will turn off the AC when you are not there. This means a room can be very uncomfortable when you arrive or after you return in the evening. They are also very careful in handing out towels, almost stingy. On a positive note the staff is helpful (but doesn't speak English).
