We really enjoyed sitting in this warm, cosy and stylish restaurant today. We enjoyed some nice coffee and food which was reasonably priced. Staff were great too! We decided to sit in the lounge section which had lots of sofas and heaters which was ideal in this weather. Loved the quirky design features!

It's the last "hotel" in Oukaimden. All hotels and chalets closed for the ski station doesn't offer much. When I stopped at this hotel to check the place, rates and services, I felt like I entered "Hotel California" ;-) There was a weird mood overwhelming the place. There's no reception; just a lobby to the right after the main gloomy...

Stayed here as a family of 3, including 16 year old son. We were birdwatching, and wanted to be at the ski resort, though not for the skiing! This is virtually the only place to stay, so bit of a monopoly. However, that said, the place was clean, and though cold, (there was over a foot of snow outside), the...

Stayed here despite seeing some negative reviews. The staff were warm helpful and friendly. Easy to come and go when skiing. Biggest drawback was the inability to reserve or book online without emailing them directly through the website and then sending an international transfer from UK to France.

We had been booked into a little s***hole down the road, and been told that every place in the whole of Oukaimeden was fully booked. Imagine our joy when we by chance walked into this little place and found not only a fully equipped bar which served us a much sought after bottle of red wine - every room in...

Simply a nightmare. The staff are so so rude. We asked to speak to hotel manager to complain about their attitude towards us and they simply say, we are the managers. We wanted to eat we were hungry they said, no. We have no food to offer you, it was 12 so we had to go to the local restaurants...

We stayed here for three nights while skiing in Oukaimeden. Hotel was very nice. It is very basic hotel but it was clean and had everything needed. The restaurant was great, we were very happy with the food. Staff was also very friendly. Location is close to the smaller lifts and you can always take a mule transportation.

If you find yourself in Oukaimeden at any time of the year, this is a great little hotel/restaurant/bar. During the skiing season it feels like you're stepping back in time to a 1950's French ski resort. It is all very simple and basic, but clean and with friendly service. Once you accept that, you just settle in and go with...

We landed at Marrakech airport to join a private trek starting from Oukaimeden. It was a two hour drive and we didn't arrive until about 21.30. We knew dinner was included with our tour but wondered if it would be too late, however, we were given a choice of meals which were then freshly cooked for us. The room had...

Arrived Sunday 26/2/2012 and checked in. Was shown a menu of the various rooms from 960 Dirhams to abut 1500 Dirhams but was for 1/2 board for 2 of us. Asked for the cheapest and surprisingly they said that they had 2 rooms available. (Expected to be sold the most expensive room as was in Morrocco). Saw both rooms and...
