The Mansion is a lovely Spanish colonial structure with a lovely courtyard that includes a pool, gardens and restaurant. Our original room was on the second floor in a corner which was too dark....as soon a s we complained we were moved to a room on the main floor which opened into the garden in the courtyard. The new room...

We stayed here for three nights during Semana Santa, 2016. Our room with two queen size beds was large and comfortable with big windows that opened onto the beautiful garden and pool. I disagree with the reviewer who said the beds were uncomfortable; in fact, the matress' are firm and we slept very well during our stay. Our room had...

Beautiful hotel right next to the entrance of the national park. Staff is very polite and accommodating we enjoyed the pool and especially the Sunday buffet brunch. The rooms are average and the bed in a regular room was very uncomfortable and we ended up only staying one night here. Also the reception desk couldn't give us any information about...

The hotel is right next to the national park of uruapan and is old, colonial and in my opinion also romantic with a nice view on the garden of the hotel filled with flowers, trees and places to sit. Upon arrival everything was arranged, checking was very fast and a bell boy helped me to my room. Don't expect an...

This immaculate destination was the perfect spot for me and my sisters to spend a week while visiting friends in Uruapan. Customer service was top-notch, the majority of the staff spoke English, and you could tell there was a serious dedication to keeping the grounds lush, beautiful, and in top shape. Only two small complaints - the wifi is weak,...

We stayed at the Hotel Mansion del Cupatitzio a few weeks ago and I should have written this review sooner. Every detail of our stay was excellent. The desk clerk had our reservation right there and by the time we got to our room, there was a woman to greet us with two glasses of iced tea.....this was before we...

My husband and I followed the bellman to our room and were greeted by a friendly woman with a tray of ice tea. We followed her into the room where she placed the tea in front of a fresh floral arrangement. This was the start of a wonderful visit. Our room was large and comfortable and the balcony overlooked the...

We booked into the Mansion del Cupatitzio from a friend's recommendation. What an amazing discovery. It was charming, spacious and elegant all amongst the most beautiful setting. The grounds were lush and manicured with beautiful flowers and birds and also boasted a very nice pool area. And just right outside the door was the entrance to the National Park -...

This is an extraordinary hotel....oozing Old World charm and service. The staff are professional, and eager to enhance a pleasant experience. The rooms are beautiful with a subtle ambiance. Have a glass of wine at the sparkling pool, or a meal cooked at your table. Don't miss the Caesar Salad. The location, beside the Parque Nationa,l is a treat. We...
