We spent a weekend in early November. Just what we need to relax and get away. We arrived late and the hosts prepared us dinner to take back to our cottage. Food was home cooked and very good. Entertainment on 2nd night. Hot tub, real fireplace and king size bed in room. Not really outdoors people but really enjoyed our... More

I've been to Adventure Lodge twice in the winter, and I can't decide if I'll go again. There are some aspects about this place that are great, and others that don't quite hit the mark. The pros: this place is pet-friendly, which is amazing. The beds are comfortable. I love that you can bring your own wine for dinner with... More

Our first visit to adventure lodge was back in 2014 - we had a fantastic time so we decided to come back this year with our puppy because there aren't many pet friendly lodging options near Algonquin park (or you would need to book 6 months in advance so we were told, we booked our visit only 1 week before... My fiance and I just spent the last 3 days at the Adventure Lodge. What an incredible place! The cabins were great. We loved our wood burning fireplace and jacuzzi. The food was amazing. Ken was such a lovely host. We will definetly be back again. Thanks for a great weekend away!

We visited the adventure lodge in the middle of September 2016 for 3 nights. We were in the last lodge on the row, which was nice as you felt like you had some space. The checkin process with Ken and everything he did from that moment was perfect, great filling food and cosy cabins well positioned near the east gate... More

My husband and I were looking for a Zika-Free honeymoon trip. I also wanted it to be all-inclusive, affordable, and special. We found all of this, and more, at Adventure Lodge. Our host, Ken, made our stay. He was so hospitable, warm, a fantastic cook, and gave us everything we needed. We have been talking about Ken every day since... More

We spent 3 nights at the Lodge. We had a great canoe ride down the lake and a walk into Whitney. Despite the rain, we enjoyed our stay - very quiet, very laid back kind of relaxing get-away. Meals were 'ok' - but nothing outstanding. Given this was the season of fresh vegetables and fruits available, our suggestion would be... More

My husband & I spent 3 nights. We had a wonderful canoe ride and lovely walks on on the trail along the lake. Including a park pass is a great benefit which we took advantage of several times....couldn't have been closer to the park! Our cabin was fine (and clean). The food was delicious and our hosts as well as... More

This trip was one that my fiancé and I will never forget. Not only because we got engaged the weekend we were here but because of how fantastic the accommodations were. We were very impressed with how clean our cabin was, in addition to having air conditioning, a large jacuzzi and wood burning fireplace. I admit I was a bit... More

If you enjoy the great outdoors and don't want to "motel it" or could not get a camp site, this the place for you if there are still log cabins available! It is a bit pricey for what you get but it includes breakfast (eggs of any style, potatoes and ham, coffee or juice) and supper ( the salmon and... More
