We have stayed here twice before this visit and were really disappointed with this stay. When we arrived at the room the smell was terrible in the lounge & bathroom(the bedroom wasn't too bad). After 30 mins of being in the room with the windows & door open my husband complained & the male owner came back with him &... More

Disappointed with the basics you'd expect from anywhere, like cleanliness. Go to hop into bed, several hairs throughout the bed. After getting over that, laying on the bottom bunk and look up and see hair in the springs above me. Gross. To make it worse, in the bathroom, open the cupboard and there is a used womens sanitary pad. Being... More

We were only looking for a budget stop over, which this was fine for, but wouldn't strongly recommend to others. Customer service - poor On arrival the owner accused us of coming to the wrong park as she didn't have any booking. After a heated exchange we worked out that she had us in under our surname, but hadn't even... More

Stayed in January 2015 with a sports group. The lodge was perfect for a sports team with 2 showers, 2 toilets, lots of beds etc. Great grounds for the kids to play. We stayed in a unit which was clean & tidy. Owners were friendly and nothing was a bother.

We have stayed here on several occasions. Since the new owners have taken over the standard of service, cleanliness and hospitality has dropped. Bookings were wrong, the owners (particularly the lady) were extremely rude to us and our children and we had to ask for toilet paper, clean towels etc. We were told that towels would not be replaced unless... We had a couple of sports teams for a tournament. The lodges were absolutely ideal. With plenty of bedrooms under one roof, 2 toilets, 2 showers, large kitchen areas and lounge areas these were the best team accommodation we have had. They aren't swanky - and some of the beds were less than ideal. But the sports teams were all... More
