Hello, Yes it is. My wife and I (both over 60!) followed the coastal path from the resort and estimate that it was about 7k. It included some lovely bays and some street walking, with some spectacular views (there are red and white rings around some of the lamp posts as a guide for the street walking). We left after breakfast to try and avoid the heat of the day, and do take some water with you. We caught the bus back, which was a very clean and efficient service and only cost a few euros for the both of us. if you enjoy walking and seeing so sights I'd recommend the walk.
