A lovely hotel with beautiful gardens (something which attracted me when making my choice). I went early season, so the place was quiet and relaxing-another bonus! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and was cleaned daily. The breakfast was plentiful, and set me up for the day-I didn't have evening meals, so can't comment...

Nice clean hotel with a lot of green plants, situated about 10 minutes walking from the beach and 5 minutes from supermarket open 24/7. Hotel close to the open air cinema (I highly recommend it) and two bus stops (for those, who plan to go to Fira or Oia). Rooms were being cleaned every day, towels changed every two days....

just returned from the Rivari. We thought it was lovely but some who had travelled Island hopping with us said they were not so keen, but, the better rooms are the ones with the views, which we had. Returned from a week at the Rivari and must say the hotel was very average. On the plus side the rooms were clean and towels changed every day. We could not tell if the hotel had been run down and was being done up or was just being allowed to run down. The "thatched" umbrellas round the pool had all...

Terrible customer service - here's an example: we asked where we get towels for the pool and we were told to go to the market and buy them! (And there is a sign in the bathroom to ask reception for towels for the pool.) Pool closes at 6:00 pm. In Santorini in July??? You have to be kidding me. Most...

Must say was a little worried when no reviews on trip advisor for the past 2 years but what a relief. The hotel is lovely. The room is very clean and cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels. The beds are the most comfortable I've ever experienced in Greece and the bathroom is wonderful. We have a large double...

Having read on this Site about this hotel from other Clients it's true that I was a little worried as for what I was getting for my holiday, however fortunately for myself such negative comments proved worthless apârt from the ones concerning the food that was served up. The hotel Rivari is in a very quiet (except for some late...

Personally I don't understand how anyone could write a negative review of this hotel. I don't like the pretentious cold hotels of five stars. The pool was very clean and almost private. The room was small but adequate and very comfortable beds and the pillows were not hard nor the mattress. Immaculate bathroom and room with lovely view and beautiful...
