Biggest gripe was paying an extra $10 a night for a view of a huge construction site and their own pool surrounded by construction fences for maintenance. Otherwise, the suburb was perfect the apartment couldn't be faulted. The beach was at the door and was voted Aus's cleanest in 2010 & it couldn't be better now. Burliegh Heads was a... More

I was travelling with my uncle and between us we have stayed 3 times in this apartment block. It is in need of an upgrade. The apartment had dirty curtains, cockroaches and looking tired. The building next door is being built and the workman started at 7am banging and crashing. Not Regency fault but for the price it was disappointing.

Have stayed at this apartment complex for many years and have been very happy. This year I 'downgraded' to a Studio Apartment on the north side and was very disappointed. It was very small. no views [a big construction site 20 metres away],The kitchen consisted of a microwave, bar fridge and a sink. Two beds,tv, two chairs and a small... More

Doing heavy construction next door meters from our balcony at 6.30am plus no pool and no free internet. As advertised and Not to be informed when you book. Every morning plus a high rise being built. Need to go home for a rest. Oh that's shocking when all you needed was somewhere nice and peaceful for some relaxing time out.... More

My partner and I spent 2 nights at this apartment complex and were thrilled with our choice. Great size, quiet clean and well-stocked self-contained units; ours had a balcony overlooking the beach, heaven! A pool and spa are available for guests to use. Parking provided. Staff friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the broken dining room table which was... More

Clean tidy apartment with ocean views looking straight out to beach from both the bedroom and lounge area. the room was quiet and accommodating despite the fact that there is building going on next door. We called to inquire before making the booking to ensure that we would be placed on the opposite side and they happily accommodated. Clean kitchen... More

Lovely part of the Gold Coast. Rooms are reasonably good size to enjoy a few days stay. Hit and miss on room quality as they are individually owned and up to the owners to refurbish. Generally clean and tidy and the place has been well maintained. Almost all rooms have a good view to the ocean. South is best at... More

I had a pleasant stay at the Regency. I was in a studio apartment on the southern side of the complex (away from the construction). The apartment was clean and tidy and the amenities were in good shape. It helped that the weather was simply perfect over the 3 days I stayed. It wasn't all the latest mod-cons but certainly...
