Stayed here for three nights and had a great comfortable room, very well appointed and the view was excellent. We arrived after hours and were met by very nice staff in the morning. The parking below was also very secure and the height limit is 2.1m so a 4wd can fit under, not like a lot of hotels in the...

We recently enjoyed a week at the Grand Apartments, Labrador. Check-in was smooth and we eventually settled into a beautifully renovated 5th floor corner spacious apartment with fabulous views. The furniture and appliances, including small touches to detail, were obvious. Unfortunately due to a malfunctioning fridge we received a phone call after unpacking and while out shopping for supplies advising...

Had a room overlooking the Broadwater, view was fantastic! Room was very clean and had what we needed (kitchen, 2 bedrooms) would have been nice to have 2 bathrooms but we knew this when booking the room. Second bedroom with two single beds (our matresses were ridiculously hard, unfortunately (but very clean)) was small and had little room for two...

Clean & spacious. Got a deal through Trip A Deal & it was excellent. Water views were great, close to so many shopping outlets & could go for lovely walks along the water front. walked to dinner each night. 3 Sixty Rest is attached to Grand Apartments & the food is delicious.

Pros: clean pool, secure parking, spacious room Cons: carpet is very dirty, hard beds, spa setting very rapid We stayed for 4 days and we only got 1.5 rolls of toilet paper anything above that was not complementary? This is the same for tea, coffee, shampoo, soap etc.

Fantastic location, awesome views, close to restaurants, shops, walking tracks along the Broadwater. The only negative is that our apartment was not quite like the photos advertised. It needs a revamp, new furniture and a few things fixed but our fantastic view made up for it. We had paid for ours at a huge discount through Groupon but I have...

Great location, pub downstairs can get a bit noisy at night but overall nice quite place to relax. Secure parking. We were in a 2 bed apartment on the 8th floor, very well set out, huge balcony and everything you could need, EXCEPT comfortable furniture. Bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete, sofa's were no different, no padding...

Good location to keep away from the GC hustle. The pub downstairs can be a little noisy on weekends but still pretty good. Rooms are a bit dated (old carpet) but very good overall. Pool area is fantastic. They might need to stop advertising the "Kids Games Room" as it is now a meeting room. Some good cafes and restaurants...

After reading some of the reviews regarding the property, I decided to go ahead and find out for ourselves. We were a bit lost looking for the entrance to the reception but we found it after reading the instruction properly. The apartment we stayed in was very clean and comfortable for our liking. We found everything that we needed in...

Arrived after 5pm, as per previous reviews check in can be a bit of a clunky experience as it is an after hours service. Once done though, we had a good car park right opposite the lift before heading to apartment 1209. Nice 2 bedrooms, big balcony, good big TV, north-east facing balcony with views up the Broadwater and then...
