We booked for three nights - we left without unpacking our bags - We were still charged for the three nights - The hotel prides itself on its Michelin Starred restaurant. The food was awful. Ricotta and ham and pork and an undercooked egg plus badly selected wine. The worst Michelin starred for I have eaten in hundreds of meals....

The Hotel Romeo was excellent. It was attractive, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and our room was pleasant. We enjoyed the views and found it very relaxing to sit on the pool-side loungers with a drink. The food was exceptional and we both looked forward to dinner each evening and were intrigued by the choices offered on...

This is a decent enough hotel in an excellent location . To start our room was in the annex overlooking the pool area and was clean and adequate . It was quiet and the shutters were excellent in shutting out light and noise . The bathroom was very small I would liken it to a bathroom in a caravan ,...

Hotel Romeo is one of the worst hotels I had ever been: too old (maybe 50 years without a little maintenance), and dirty... The common areas (poll, bar, restaurant) are dirty, and so the rooms (dirty in the floor, in the bathroom... everywhere!). The breakfast is really sad... some fruits, some pieces of ham and a dry cake. Not enought...

After reading some of the reviews had some trepidation, but really didnt have anything to be concerned about. The room was small but adequate and clean, the food was good and we felt there was always something tasty on the menu. The staff were attentive and friendly particularly Constantine the night porter / attendant who couldnt do enough for you....

Hotel Romeo very well situated and close to centre of the town. Staff all very friendly and food very good even fussy young teenagers are clearing their plates. Swimming pool and a tennis court are available.

We usually go 4 star to guarantee quality but secured Last minute deal (two weeks) so did not expect the world. However, the hotel was run like a well oiled machine by the owner and her excellent, friendly and efficient staff throughout. Stunning panoramic view from poolside. No one abused the sun beds. mostly people took their towels with them...

Hotel Romeo is a good quality 3 star hotel within easy reach of the harbour and lakeside. A quiet location with well kept gardens and poolside. Friendly staff and good food. Torri is a good central location for exploring Lake Garda

This was a 3-night stay. I had a single room [109] in the main building on the first floor. It was very close to the staircase, so quite noisy with sounds from the reception area. It also overlooked the terrace where there were chairs and tables, so it was quite noisy from that direction as well. The room had a...

We arrived at the hotel with a wedding party only to be told that there were no rooms in the main hotel , we were allocated a chalet in the garden. I use the word "chalet" with tongue in cheek. When we approached the front door after walking through six inches deep grass, we saw immediately that it was like...
