Bad Client service!!!!!
The client service that was attending today (9pm) was terrible, and didn't offer new option to help or to made a better service. I suggest an improve of the personnel, because this things will affect the PR tourism.
This facility is own by the Hatillo Municipality but don't be fooled.

They only provide this very small coffee machine for your first night. Definitely not a Keurig, don't bring pods. The Brasas Restaurant is good for a good morning cup of coffee, but its very expensive for dinner, but hey, you're on vacation, I tried it the first night. I brought my own coffee and filters, the small ones.
A really nice restaurant thats reasonable and you can enjoy the PR ambiance and good food is in Hatillo, you would make a right at the resorts entrance (west), its called El Truco de Guin. Also, it's weird, but we really enjoyed the Dennys in Arecibo, they have ocean front seating. In the evening a really cool full service bar in their ocean front seating area. Enjoy!
