I was surprised with the hotel with very good rooms and a nice restaurant with good options of the Chilean cuisine . The best in Rancagua and with a good location as well. The people at the lobby are very kind and all my requests were promptly answered.

I was at this hotel on business and it met all my expectations. The Internet was fast, the beds were comfortable, the room had a small refrigerator, there is a small gym and pool, and a very nice breakfast. Since it is on the main road you can expect some noise with street peddlers banging drums and entertaining drivers at...

I had a really bad experience at the reception. Especially one person did our (6 persons) stay i Rancaqua very bad :-( He was SO arrogant during check-in. I stay at hotels around the world app 150 days a year and this is the first time I write like this. I can NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. The persons...

Beautiful room, they don't have internet (only at reception) but tell to you that they have! And when you go to ask why it doesn't work they answer always the same lie: we are waiting the technician to adjust it...but I wait this technician from September... The food is very bad, microwave pasta and expensive. At the end is like...

I'm in room number 201, I think it is the worst room, it has a restroom in one side, and the pool on other side. Obviously the noise is so loud. The breakfast is buffet but it doesn't have so much options. My room doesn't even have a minibar. The furniture is awful, it isn't a clean hotel and the...

This hotel seems to be one of the best of Rancagua but the service was quite disappointing! There was no internet in the room during all the week! Further, I had expired beverages in my minibar and after drinking a Pepsi felt myself pretty bad! Then I discovered it was expired for one year!

Quiet, clean rooms are the main attraction here. The house keeping staff is friendly and helpful. The front desk is courteous and efficient. The restaurant is another matter. Breakfast is disappointing. Dinner is mediocre. But the real issue is the music. The lame, lounge singing version of the best of Pink Floyd is enough to drive you nuts halfway through...

I had little hot water during a recent three night stay. They switched my room once because internet was not strong enough. I had to sit in hallway to get good signal. OK breakfast. The day they put up a new hotel I will be going there. For the time being it is the only game in town.

Another stock standard average hotel. Clean, efficient and delivers a reliable place to stay, can't go wrong. I think it was probably the best you are going to get in Rancagua (town is a bit of a dump despite being in the wine lands). Free Internet which was quite quick! It's a pity, this is a successful chain in Chile...

Based on the city that it is located, it is a very reasonable hotel. Centrally located and fairly new building in a clean and decent amenities. Restaurant in the hotel is a plus and even though limited, is better than having to go out chasing for better options. Reasonable breakfast menu. Stay there on my third visit to Rancagua and...
