Our hosts were really easy to deal with, downright pleasant and friendly, unobtrusive, yet obviously working hard at looking after their guests and park. Ok it's set in suburbia, but close to town and quiet. Warmly recommended.

A group of 10 of us stayed here when we were cycling Tour of Northland 2017. The place is top notch in terms of facilities (everything works as it should), accommodation (lovely log cabins with modern furnishings) and comfort (comfy, plump pillows with crisp bed linen and towels). John and his wife took over the Holiday Park 2 1/2 years...

Warm welcome and spotlessly clean site. Bit on the pricey side so we thought wifi would be included but this is extra. Mainly stayed here for a hot shower and good location. Very large kitchen and spacious outdoor covered eating area. The laundry room is also squeaky clean and well-equipped with washing machines, dryers and a large basin for hand...

We booked for six adults and three children. But they said we only booked and paid for eight people. The noise from next room was very loud, especially when they turned the water on in the morning. The owners made us felt very unwelcome!

The owners of the Dargaville Holiday Park were very welcoming and helpful. My room was clean and the campers kitchen and ablution block were regularly monitored and cleaned. Being next door to Seymour Park and the local pool there is plenty of room to move with a large supermarket about a kilometre away and a good coffee strip a little...

Stayed Saturday 27th August for one night. We choose this park because we thought it was part of the Kiwi Holiday Parks group. At check in we discovered it was no longer connected with Kiwi Holiday parks but decided to stay there as it was getting late. We paid $42 for a powered campervan site which was very small and...

I've stayed here before and I can't fault the cleanliness and appearance of the park grounds. The hospitality of the family who run this place is of a really high calibre; we were given helpful information on where to go to eat, and a family member kindly helped us out with transportation when we were stuck. I stayed with two...

Small studio room (self contained) set up for 3 people. Everything one would want. Nice, clean and comfortable. The bed is a double but very comfortable. NO road noise. Staff very friendly. Will definitely come again next time we are in the area.

The new owners of this campsite have set the standard high in terms of friendliness, cleanliness, attractive grounds, great amenities. Parks for campervans are shaded, sheltered and spacious. Laundry has shelves, table for folding, an indoor drying rack as well as lines and a drier. Nice walk to town. Off the main road and quiet. So glad we came here....

I really enjoyed my stay here on the way to a family holiday up North. Park-like grounds, and the room (219) was really clean with a very comfortable bed. Communal facilities were also super clean. The owners were unfailingly friendly even when they were obviously busy. Highly recommended.
