We stayed in a cabin (old but comfy) duriing 3 weeks, and it was perfect! Facilities are old but very clean and you have everything you need. Owners are VERY friendly! Very good value for money, we highly recommend!

We stayed here as a meeting point along our road trip with three other couples. Judy at reception was amazing. She communicated with us months before our arrival from Australia. On arrival she greeted us with a big smile and pointed out to us attractions and local sights. The common kitchen area was social...we enjoyed chatting with other travellers over...

For a nostalgic kiwi batch holiday this is the place to go. We got the three bedroom. I have to say the beds were super comfy and fresh we slept well. We travelled with a ten month old and there was no cot available. The ashtray still had ciggy butts in it when we got there and when we took the...

Stayed one night only as had been there years earlier and had fond memories. Very friendly camp owners. Camp was clean and tidy, could do with a little bit of a spruce up but in general great. Peaceful and quiet. Stunning beaches. Great place to get away from it all. Good kitchen. Free showers. Would happily stay again. Cute three...

This site fulfilled our expectations of what a campsite should be. All facilities were here plus free unlimited wifi. A lovely walk to the beach or the cliff top walks with plenty wildlife to spot. Well equipped kitchen with pots pans plates and wash up liquid and tea towels. Free showers too. These little things make all the difference.

Nice clean cozy units ours was well equipped, WiFi was great, the only blip was that there were lots of bugs, flys, and mosquitos, with no screens on the windows, being hot, the windows were open. Lots of bug bites on the body in the morning. There was a can of bug spray in the room, which worked on some....

Trisha is super wonderful, you are a 10 minute walk to the stunning beach. Ask for cabin away from kitchen/washroom block. Kitchen not adequately equipped, no sharp knives, no lids for pans, two of the pans had rusted bottoms, no large pan for boiling pasta. Comforter not washed between guests. Good towels, good hot water. Lovely to hear waves crashing...

Had a bunk room booked for three nights (all that was available), so were delighted to be changed into a cabin with an en-suite, even though it meant packing all our gear up and changing units after the 2nd night into the one right next door. Both of our units were clean and tidy, the host/s were very friendly, professional...

The lady in reception was very welcoming... The campsite as a whole wasn't too bad. Easy to pitch a tent on the grass. Kitchen was ok but dated Bathroom including shower was ok, shower was in a timer but I'm the price. Free wifi that was brilliant as I could use in my tent! If I was in the area...

After travelling around for 5 weeks, this place was a big disappointment. Beware, your credit card will be debited before you arrive. The host was away- staff were unable to relay the refund terms but felt free to tell me not to worry and to chill.
