Arriving in Malapascua after an almost 12-hour journey to be greeted with extra charges due to misunderstanding between Celtis Mgt and Agoda makes for a really TERRIBLE welcome. That's what has happened to us in Celtis. Especially that Celtis is NOT easy to find, we were truly beat when we got there. No smile, no drinks, nothing but a bitter... More

Hello, This D. M came with a boy friend but her booking wasn't for 2 persons but only for one person. We asked her to contact AGODA to solve the problem, but she's never done that. So we let her stay two nights and now she critisizes us? never mind we will contact AGODA to clarify the situation. More

I stayed at Celtis for 4 months and it has been nothing short of comfortable. Accommodating and hospitable staff, clean and very good rooms with hot/cold shower, free usage of wifi, quiet and safe place to stay [with safety deposit box in each room and the property is surrounded by fences and has its own gate]. A great place to... More

I stayed there 1 year, long term price is really advantageous and it is a really good price for the island and considering the place, the room are spacious, clean, there is a proper bathroom, it is in the middle of the (south of the ) island so it is close to everything 5/10 walking minute to every resort or... I stayed at Celtis for two months and in those two months, it became my home away from home, and I'm missing this home right now! Comfortable beds, air conditioning, their own generator and its location right by the market and 5 min walk from the beach make it a good choice. The rooms are clean, spacious and bright, as... Our stay at the Celtis Resort was just wonderful. We loved everything about it. My new wife and I chose this for part of our honeymoon and we are so glad we did. Mel and Lydia were the perfect hosts - they were waiting for us at the boat even though our boat was three hours late. Mel drove us... More

Stayed here for 5 nights. Booked via Agoda, but wish could have done it directly as the owners would get full pay. Very friendly family run place. The rooms are surprisingly modern, hot water, separate shower and toilet rooms, ample shelving and well working fan. Dont be scared of its out-the-back location as its only a few minutes walk to... Great location as set back 5 minutes walk from the beach. So much quieter environment. The rooms were excellent value. Spacious and clean and well kept. We looked at many places to stay as here for Chinese New Year and these where by far the best for the price we paid. The hosts Mel and Lydia were very helpful and... More

We stayed here for 4 nights over Christmas. The room was modern with lots of space and a hot water shower. It was also really peaceful, no cockerels, mopeds or noisy neighbours so we slept really well here. The family that own it are very sweet, helpful and were always offering advice. WiFi is notoriously bad on Malapascua but here... More
