The Good: Pool very good, no problem getting a sunbed. Rooms very clean Michael is lovely - helpful and friendly The not so good Whilst the cleaning was excellent, some of it felt intrusive (rearranging where you had chosen to store your shoes, remaking your bed and getting nightwear out when it had already been made etc) Hot water is solar powered so no chance of a hot shower in the morning Bathroom was a wet room - literally everything in it got wet when you had a (tepid) shower Should really be sold as room only as I had to ask for bowls and a knife - no utensils beyond a wooden spoon and work surface very small. However, there is a kettle, toaster and fridge along with a two ring hob and some pans which have seen (much) better days. No table / chair to eat in room - just on balcony / patio which are not covered so if raining you are eating on the bed Very noisy from the road and lots of cockerels active from about 2.00am We were in the annex to the side and the door to this was permanently open - this not only meant the road noise echoed around the corridor so was amplified, but made me feel a little bit unsafe as the only thing stopping a break in was a thin bedroom door Walls are like tissue paper - you and your neighbours will become very familiar with each other's bodily function noises and bathroom routines The balcony / patio lacked privacy as there is no screen / wall between them Location - road into the village has no pavement so whilst it's only a short (10 min) walk it can be a little dicey at times Rooms very dated …

I have been staying at Nikos2 since 2014, and each year it gets better and better. ZGeorge, Michael, Mama Co Co make you feel so welcome. The food is of a high standard, rooms very clean. Would definately reccomend this 2 anybody. Great atmosphere.

Once again returned to this fantastic location and accomadation.The family George his brother Michael and their wonderful mother Koko make you feel so welcome and cannot do enough to make your stay as happy and relaxing as possible.From the wonderful pool area well maintained to the food and drinks provided throughout the day at reasonable prices.I feel the location is ideal quiet but accessible to the lively and wonderful village 10 minutes walk away which includes numerous bars restaurants and wonderful beaches.The rooms are basic but provide everything you need and kept immaculate by Anna. Cannot speak highly enough about this place and will be returning. Thank you George and family we will be back. Mike and Theresa.

My first time in Kardamena and what a little find in accomodation! Run by a family who just can't do enough for you, must also mention the cleaning staff, the place was spotless. Yes, the apartments are not as fancy as some but you get what you pay for (and more) with these apartments. The pool was amazing, loads of beds and again, spotless. Oh, and the food was very reasonable and tasty at the snack bar. Thanks to all for ensuring my first time will def., not be my last time!

Arrived very late but Michael was there to take my case to my room. Very clean if basic. It is clear George and Michael have a huge fan club of guests who come annually and who are treated like family. The best bits: Beautiful pool area, plenty of sun beds and parasols and whilst some folk get up early to bag a sunbed there is no need. The bar provides snacks and drinks and live sports which is clearly popular. It is slightly out of town and it is quiet which is a huge plus point. Michael and George go the extra mile to help you-whether it is where to eat or times of buses they are wonderful. The not so good bits: It does grate when you have to pay a supplement for air conditioning and being Greece you definitely need it. It also grates to be charged 25 Euros to keep your room for a later checkout. The apartments are a 10 minute walk from Kardamena where there are small beaches shops and loads of restaurants to suit all palettes and budgets. Recently returned from a week here with my daughter (age5). Arrived at apartment very late at night, before we were even off the transfer bus Michael had our suitcases off and was ready to show us to our room. Lovely and welcoming. Room was small and basic - fine for us though and very clean. There was a bottle of water already in the fridge when we arrived. Pool area lovely - plenty of space not over crowded. Could come out at anytime of the day and get a sunbed no problem. The only downsides were walking back on a nighttime the route is very dark so we found ourself walking along the main road (not really ideal with a small child) And we were not able to keep our room on, on the last day so had to vacate early on and weren’t getting picked up til much later. We spent a week here in August and the staff can not do enough for their guests. They waited up until after midnight to greet us when we arrived, rooms were cleaned everyday, food and drinks were great and they even helped us celebrate a birthday and provided the most amazing cake! Ten minute walk to the beach at the most and plenty of shops/supermarkets nearby. Absolutely loved the holiday and will be coming back.

Was highly recommended to come here by my family, who stay here very frequently. We received a very warm welcome on our arrival by George, his brother Michael and their mum Coco. The apartments are small but spotlessly clean. The food and drinks at the bar are excellent. We met some really friendly people who stay there often. Will definitely be visiting again.
