We stayed at the hotel for a week. The hotel is geared for older people over 60's mostly but the food, staff, cleanliness, hotel facilities you cannot fault at any age. The hotel is not far from the small town, local transport easy, and trips can be sorted within the area. Yes the entertainment was not for our liking, bit...

Stayed a week in what was called " garden view bungalow " Very misleading title as there was no garden nor a view ,except of the path leading to the promenade and beach !Having said that the bungalow was quiet ,huge and had a separate bedroom and lounge .Plenty of sunbeds available any time of day .Food was mostly good...

We greatly enjoyed our stay. This was our first visit although it is clear that there are many who have stayed many times. The staff were invariably welcoming and helpful. The food was very good with a good choice. It was also helpful as there were clear labels for gluten, lactose etc. Our room was always spotless and was of...

My wife and I were aware that Thomson Gold tends to attract older clientele, and this hotel does exactly that. Since returning home I have joked that guests have to have a walking aid or be over 90 to qualify. It's not quite like that but you get the picture. One thing they have in common is to enjoy themselves...

Excellent service with caring staff. Hotel one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. Wine at an affordable price, from 10 euros a bottle. Problems solved immediately. Our second visit and hope yo return.

Firstly I cannot overstate the fact that this is not a hotel for people in their 20s or 30s. I can imagine even people in their 40s may feel out of place here. Maybe people who are familiar with Thomson Gold holidays would be aware of this, but as we weren't, this wasn't made anywhere clear enough to us. Adults...

Our 3rd visit, this time with friends. Our main comment is the state of the entertainments pavilion. The roofing is full of mildew, surely a health risk and also there is a musty smell in there. The seating could also be more comfortable both there and in the Monkey Bar. The rooms have been freshened up since our last visit. The food...

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks in November. The hotel is well appointed and the rooms are very large and comfortable. The restaurant staff are very friendly and there is much hugging and kissing from them on arrival in the restaurant. The food is served piping hot and was quite good although there wasn’t as much choice as...
