Just back from Club Siroco, we had a lovely week there. Apartment was fine ( we've stayed in a lot worse), staff were all friendly and helpful. A 15 minute stroll to the main park of Teguise, which was fine. Because it was adults only it was lovely and quiet. We stayed in room 1112, looking right over the pool and had the sun for most of the day on our " garden". Unfortunately people can't read the signs saying " Do not reserve sun beds", some as early as 07:15. We would recommend this place for a week or 10 day break, we'll probably go back. Left the cleaners something to laugh at 😁
Very friendly staff very clean. Smelly rooms from drains until sea goes out. Nothing around just one bar next door with sport on every night it was open. 8 coat hangers. One plug for microwave, toaster and kettle. No work top space. No oven only two rings. Mattress very hard. Only Luis for entertainment No Pressure! Proper supermarket ten minutes walk. No aircon. 37 Euros for a fan. Taxi cheap 4 Euro to Teguise.
At the quiet end of the resort. Everything spotless. Had breakfast only- lots of choice, everything very fresh. Can recommend the well- priced cocktails. Staff always pleasant and helpful. The serenity area was full so we stayed in the main Part. Pool was “refreshing” rather than warm but clean. Only complaint was the hardest beds I have ever tried to sleep on. This has also been mentioned by other reviewers. Aside from that the apartment was lovely including a terrace in the sun for most of the day.
Upon arrival, we were given a very warm welcome from a really helpful receptionist. This was mirrored by all the staff, throughout our stay. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. We had asked for a room on the ground floor and were delighted with our room, which was a short walk from the dining room and pool and which wasn’t overlooked. The patio was perfect for sitting out at lunchtime and was a real sun trap, in the afternoon. The patio door lock was faulty, when we arrived, but was repaired immediately when we mentioned it to reception (couldn’t have asked for better service). Our room was cleaned every other day, to a very high standard, including towels being changed. In fact, cleanliness and attention to COVID rules around the whole of the hotel made us feel safe and relaxed. The pool area was kept meticulously clean and tidy by a very keen lifeguard and there was always a choice of sun beds. There were many activities on offer, throughout most days, although there was no pressure to take part. I thoroughly enjoyed the aquasize sessions and particularly enjoyed the trek up the volcano. We only booked bed and breakfast, as we like to experience a variety of restaurants whilst on holiday. Breakfast was excellent. There was always a great choice of hot and cold dishes, fruit, breads and mouth-wateringly delicious cakes (yes I had cake for breakfast!). We would certainly return to Club Siroco in the future.…
Lovely place. Everything spotless, staff great. Short stroll to many restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again. Only moan is the temperature of the serenity pool is very cold but we can use the other pool which is heated and is just a short stroll away. Plenty of sun beds at both. Home tomorrow but will return.
