This place could be so good. Rooms are tired and poorly maintained. Great pool and restaurant area, but also needs fixing. Menu too lacklustre. Many empty public rooms. But hear there may be changes soon?

Clean and functional apartments. Mostly, helpful and happy staff. Clean pool area. Enthusiastic entertainment's coordinator (Max) who is a great asset to their team. We like Villa Mandi as its a little away from the hustle and bustle of Los Cristianos and its a family orientated hotel. There's a good on site shop and a supermarket nearby, along with a...

We visited Villa Mandi over Christmas 2016 and had a really lovely family holiday. The rooms were lovely and we not only had a balcony but a roof terrace. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved the fact that it was not right in the town. It only cost a few pound to get a taxi. The only...

So I'm just back from Villa Mandi. I had a nice one bedroom apartment, 322. I didn't get off to a good start because I arrived at 2045 and when Antonio on the reception desk described where my apartment was, (which was up a flight if 22 stairs) I asked if there was a lift, he said no. He also...

I loved this resort; the apartments were modern, clean and well equipped. The beds were comfy too . The grounds of the resort are also lovely with nice pools and overlooking the golf course. My young children loved the mini disco and parks too. The food was delicious my only complaint was it could be cold sometimes. The staff were...

Our goal for our holiday was a heated pool with hopes of good weather, and a reasonably comfortable place to stay. Our one bedroom apartment was spacious and clean, so our initial impression was good. On check-in, however, we were not offered the safe lock (it's an extra charge), nor any info on wifi (which is free, though slow). Because...

The ground staff should rightly be proud of their work at this Hotel, the gardens are beautifully cared for. THAT'S THE END OF THE GOOD NEWS FOLKS! The rooms are tired at best and falling apart at worst, bathroom towels are grey and the beds are very hard. My brother and I constantly hit our heads on the exceptionally low...

Staff was friendly and rooms generally fine, but why isn' t it allowed to use hotels towels when you are using pool or just sunbathing in the pool area? We had groundfloor rooms, next to the pool- the children enjoyed it a lot. Small pool for children has heating , it could be used more often. Kitchen is well equipped,...

Stayed for a week during December. Good sized apartment. Kitchen not really suitable for self catering - only two rings for cooking. lots of pubs and restaurants about a mile and a half away - nothing closer! Taxi only about 5 euros. Air conditioning free and excellent. Only negatives was a soiled towel left in our bath when we arrived...
