We spent two nights at an apartment in La Caleta. The staff were so helpful and accommodating: calling our car hire compamy when our car wouldn't start, ordering taxis on our behalf... Would definitely recommend!

Ideally located within a short 10mins drive from the airport & close to the sea with fab views from the rooms. Staff are very friendly & efficient with very good English! The apartment is clean & spacious with a small, fairly well stocked kitchen comprising a hob & microwave. The rooms are cleaned every other day & bedding provided. A welcome...

These apartments were just yards away from a few restaurants and bars which was handy and there was a couple of shops nearby and also the sea was very near. Short taxi or bus ride to/from the Airport and to Santa Cruz the capital. Buses were €1.37 to Airport or Santa Cruz and taxis were €7.50 for the same journeys....

Quaint and quiet. Very relaxing atmosphere. Close enough to everything we needed as a young family. Thoroughly enjoyed la palma as it's not as commercialised as the other islands... maybe in a few years time it will be but for now, we appreciated it in its relatively bare state.

Yaiza on reception was so friendly and helpful, got the best room going I think? the views from the hotel are incredible. The pool is cold but people still use it! The foliage is lovely. It's near to the airport, fine for me as I love aviation, there is a night curfew on flights.

We just returned from a wonderful week in La Palma. We stayed in room 227 and were blown away by the gorgeous view from our balcony. The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen is very basic but just about workable for a week and we had requested a kettle and toaster ahead of our stay which was waiting for...

Beautiful hotel for a relaxed stay. Breakfast was a great start to the day and the amount of choice ensured a good feast for the kids as well as us. Pool is very nice, I don't think any colder than anywhere else. Reception and all other hotel employees very helpful.

Just returned from a weeks stay at La Caleta. We had rooms 104 and 105. They were very spacious. No kettle in our kitchen so we boiled water in a saucepan - no problem! Our shower had no windows so became very hot and humid. 104 had a window and it made such a difference. No a/c in apartments but...

The reception got really nice and helpful staff. The apartment is clean and big with modern equipment. Hairdryer is in bathroom, the only down site is that the boiler is quite small so the hot water run out quite quick. Swimming pool again really clean with fresh water, no salty water.

Good location with restaurants and supermarkets all nearby, plenty of parking for rental car as well. Nice welcome from reception who were always helpful. Our room overlooked the pool on the 1st floor, very quiet and a great nights sleep every night. The apartment was a good size with good sized fridge and all the basics you need. Balcony fine...
