Our flight was canceled and Vueling airlines gave us one-night accommodation here with a meal. It's approx. 60 km away from Barcelona airport and take 60-70 minutes to reach here. This is a scenic road and driving was pleasant. The stay was good. The room was comparatively big with a huge balcony with a view of the pool. Ok American/Asian folks, in the whole of Europe, especially in Italy, you will find Bidet in the bathroom. A bidet is a specialized bathroom fixture for washing your undercarriage. It's the primary way that many people around the world clean themselves up after using the toilet. Yes like Asia, in Europe, they also prefer water. Not sure why they need extra fixtures for this. Though they provide the wifi it was not useful. I even complain but their logic was, there are so many customers, so that might be the case. Overall pool area-lounge- restaurant – all were excellent. Buffet provided by them was also good with plenty of options in entrée, dessert, and drinks. Would recommend this. Beach is just near to the hotel so I would suggest head for the beach in the early morning. It’s awesome.

Money got stolen in my hotel room. I placed my remaining euros in a file and placed it in my suitcase zipped it up. I made sure all of the windows are locked. I was gone for two hours and when I come back I noticed all my cash from suitcase has gone missing. Fortunately it's only €60, however I never expected anyone to look into my suitcase and actually attempt to find something valuable. It's disgusting. It was suspicious as the only people have access to the room is me, my friends and the hotel staff. I then reported to the receptionist about this issue. I tried to ask them if I can talk to the cleaner if they saw anything suspicious when they were cleaning the room. The receptionist found the situation funny and accused that my friends who were staying with me, must have stolen my money. I was appalled with how little concern they showed to the customers. I am aware that the hotel staff cannot do much in this situation, however I would have appreciated them to be concerned about the security of the hotel or advice me what to do next. Instead I got humiliated and accused for something I didn't do. Do not come to this place. If they cannot deal with this serious matter, I would be very concerned what they are like normally.

The lady on reception was absolutely lovely, pleasant and friendly however the manager had a really bad attitude and threatened to kick us out a number of times based on the behaviour of others who we were not even with. He assumed we were all one group because we were all the same skin colour which is disgusting. We were shouted at by him and visitors and made to feel really unwelcome. We felt we were discriminated against based on our race which made us want to leave. There was lots to eat at breakfast for most people but I am vegan so there was not much choice for myself meaning i had toast every morning. The pool was lovely. Not very big but nice and looked beautiful at night, illuminated in a beautiful purple tone. My room was decent. Not the most modern or stylish but it was ok. Had nice pool view but the floors are dirty and need to be swept and moped as you can feel dirt and grit under your feet as you walk. Definitely wouldn't stay there again.

Not really 4 star quality, but the staff is really helpful and kind, the breakfast is really good.No fridge in the room, and the double bed is quite small. The walls are thin, you can hear everything.
