We stayed here in Jan 2017 as a family of 4 adults and 1 child. This holiday got off to a terrible start as the flight was unable to land at Fargenes. We had 2 aborted landings and diverted to Oslo. It was the scariest experience ever and I was so thankful to be on the ground wherever it was!...

The Hotel Bergo and apartments is a great choice for beginner/low intermediate skiers. The transfer from Fagernes is one hour. I stayed in the apartment as a solo traveller on half board. The decor is dated, but perfectly charming and the staff are helpful. The evening meal is a three course set menu from Monday to Thursday, and buffet on...

Super cabin, typical basic robust no frills ski cabins. But clean, warm and well situated. We are a family of four but the cabin would easily sleep 8.the only complaint I had was arriving so late and then having to make the bed.

Not too clean, view from our apartment was not nice - looking towards huge garbage bin. Hotel staff was unhelpful as we got wrong keys, had to go back to reception and got all wet on the heavy rainy day. After that we had to go back to reception again as they didn't warn us that sheets are charged extra...

We took an apartment, and it was very spacious, nicely decorated, and had a balcony we enjoyed having our supper on. Every staff member we encountered was very pleasant and helpful, which added to the laid back, peaceful experience. Breakfast was good, with hot and cold choices, including sunny side up eggs with little bacon smiles. Nice touch. Very nice...

The Bergo is in an excellent location - right at the heart of the village and easy walking distance to the slopes, ski hire and ski school. The food is great, and the evening buffets are fabulous as is the breakfast buffet. The rooms are fine - clean and have all that you need but fairly standard. During the time...

Fabulous cabins! Very clean, warm had everything you wanted. Very picturesque, beautiful little village. Went the last week in January and was like having the slopes to yourself, no queues for the lifts! Booked lessons and only myself and my husband, was like having a private lesson. Instructor was excellent and spoke very good english. You could swim in the hotel...

A bar is situated under the appartments. The noise of music and drunk people makes it impossible to sleep. We had about 4 hours of sleep during the weekend. The bar is not part of the hotel and the receptionist told that they had no responsibility for the noise and could do nothing for us.

This hotel has a great location just a short walk to the slopes, hire shop and ski school. Skiing in Beitostolen is great for beginners and intermediates with some lovely green, blue and red runs, for more challenging runs take the bus to the other side of the valley for some red and blacks. We found our room both clean...

Had a great time staying at this hotel for a weeks skiing and found it excellent. The hotel is just across the road from the ski hire/school and chair lifts with only a short walk to all the resort amenities. Our modern clean room had plenty of wardrobe space for our ski gear, TV and a compact modern bathroom. The...
