Very small room, furnished in a dull way.
Mold on the walls and ceiling.
Really tiny bathroom, with a 70x70 shower and a broken water sprayer that doesn't spray well and without the possibility of fixing it to the wall. Definitely bad.
VC old and peeling. Only one towel.
Poor breakfast is disappointing.
I have been to Porretta several times, I had never tried this establishment, but I certainly won't be returning.
Could have done without the 7 euro a day surcharge for aircon though!
We had a nice dinner in their restaurant and celiac disease was managed well. The spa is very nice and equipped with every comfort.
If we were to return to Porretta we would happily stay here again.
- i have expected a room similar to what i have seen on the homepage. what i got was a desaster... i guess some prisoners get more comfort. broken tiles on the floor, furniture from the 50's. i even would not call it furniture... a tiny little window with almost no daylight... and the person in charge was obviously not very polite when i told him that i am not going to stay.
Really standart 3 stars, so dont expect anything more, it is how it is.
Hotel renovated only in the corridors, the rooms are more or less 30 years old.
