First, the good points. The chateau grounds are lovely, very peaceful and serene. Summer would be the ideal time to enjoy the property when the pool is open. Location was a bit isolated and far from the highway for our needs, but others may not find this a problem. The rooms were ok. The furnishings were not of 4 star...

Nice location , a dream come true, wonderful, i can't find my words, I recomend a superior room, and very nice value for money. It is situated in center of a golf terrain, it's incerdible. The staff very elegant , and with old french class.

This was booked as the highlight of a week in the Loire Valley and in the end it was a disappointing stay. The building and location are great. Good news and bad news on check in. As there were virtually no other guests, we had been upgraded to the main building from the coach house. As it was a Monday...

The restaurant was superb, we speak virtually no French and all the staff soon realised this and tried their best in English which...

We stayed at the Hotel des Sept Tours after a summer of living in Milan, Italy. We had a week-long trip through France and stayed here to enjoy the castles of the Loire Valley for two nights. We booked our stay in early March and got a great internet rate. The lower-cost rooms were for non-traditional rooms. In our case,...

“Ask for a large room facing the golf course on the second floor.”

“Rooms overlooking the golf course would be nicest, no elevator for 2nd and 3rd floor”

“As far as I know, there is no air conditioning except on the main floor at reception. No screens in any of the windows means bugs, bugs, bugs! Book a room when the weather is cooler and you do not have to rely on leaving the window open all night.”

“It would appear that Groupon bookers don't have much of a say in their choice of room. We travelled with Brittany Ferries and had a very good room. Might be worth a phone call beforehand to ask about the room standard as they seem to vary considerably according to the reviews. From what I could tell of the exterior, all rooms would have a view.”
