This is my second time visiting the hotel and my stay was even better than the first time and my kids (3 and 10) love it at the Hyatt. The staff members very pleasant and extremely helpful, the property and rooms are well maintained and comfortable. Club lounge was 10/10 including the service received. This is definitely now my go to hotel for the family.

FIrst class week in Jamaica, man. This is a beautiful resort. I would go here again. The food was good. The rooms were clean and the restaurants were first class. The sailing was very fun. It was not too far from the airport. Nice!

Room was great food was very very good especially the jerk pit did not like the beach I have seen better. Night entertainment was good. But the pool bar was boring music reminded me of elevator music . Staff is very friendly which was a plus. Would visit again

Wonderful trip. Staff was very kind. We attended a family wedding. The wedding was wonderful, perfect scenery, buffet , DJ all very good. We had the freedom to stroll the grounds of both the Ziva and Zilara resorts. The beach was beyond amazing. Only 15 minutes from Sanger airport. All water sports were included, kayaks and more!

Pros: Expansive pool area, butler suites are very large, food/service at reservation- only dinner restaurants Cons: Hallway carpet is completely worn and smells, room service trays were left in the hallways for hours, old fixtures, lots of updating needed, food overall was standard (although dinner was consistently the best food), service wasn’t great- everytime you asked a staff member for something it seemed as if it was a HUGE chore, almost impossible to make dinner reservations if you’re not in a butler suite, clientele were very low budget (despite the high price) and wore extremely inappropriate “clothing”, cabana pricing is outrageous.

I loved everything about this place, best food of the 3 resorts ive stayed at three all inclusive resorts in Montego bay ! My check in was super easy, we had dinner with no reservations, very little wait for food, which was always hot. The drinks were delicious, this place is right on the beach and they have cabana beds.

Overall average experience at the resort. We had the suite with butler service and it was this service that was great the first 3 days of our trip then simply disappeared. The main amenity we received from the butlers was reserving our chairs near the pool. By the end of our trip we had gone 3 nights w/o AC and on the last day no room cleaning service and on departure day no bell hop to help with our 7 pieces of luggage. Overall most staff is very kind and helpful. The pools are clean and orderly. Atmosphere is nice and family friendly. In the end, you get a clean experience but if you’re looking for to be treated special or to luxury experience you won’t find it here.

Pros: - the service staff in general is amazing. I will specifically give a shout out to the fitness instructors Maureen, Pauline and the dude that taught the aqua pole dancing. So fun!!! The bartenders at the swim up bar and servers were super hospitable and fun! - the resort property is beautiful. The exterior pool areas and beach are immaculate - spa services were great. Rosemary gave me one of the best massages I have ever had (90 minute deep tissue) and my daughter enjoyed a teen aromatherapy massage. - entertainment and energy of the resort was fantastic - food at calypsos, the Italian place and room service - unlimited towels poolside Cons: - no bathrobes in the room and minibar only has beer. Attempted to order wine for the room and was told the don’t provide that gratis…cheapest bottle of red was $60 (surprising for a hotel at this price point) - food at buffet was hit and miss.…

Great resort. Needs some updating but overall a great vacation. The staff is SUPER helpful and friendly. The beach is a little small but the Pool is great. MJ and fire show were quite entertaining. Italian restaurant was yummy. Lovely location for family.
