Great spot in a beautiful location. When you walk in the door and smell the turf burning you're into the realm of what a true Irish pub should be! Friendly staff and lovely food. Seating available outside to for when our climate allows! The toilets have showers available which is testament to the legions of walkers that set out and...

Stayed here with friends for 2 nights while hiking the Wicklow Way. The location is just lovely in a quiet valley in the mountains. We were lucky enough to have sunny evenings and sitting at the tables outside in the sun looking at the lovely views, it felt like the best place in the world. Rooms were comfortable and good...

I took a load of Colleagues up Glenmalure for a 13km hike. Which is long and grueling for most involved so arriving back at this wonderful Lodge was pretty much the only thing getting most of them through the day. We were not disappointed. To start, The location is just simply stunning!!! It is surrounded by mountains and forests. Truly...

The waiter here was awesome! We went here after hiking in Glendalough valley so we arrived in the middle of the afternoon for lunch. There were hikers and people coming in and out all the time. It was a friendly atmosphere enhanced by the bartender/waiter who was welcoming to all. We had the stew which was good and helped to...

Rooms were clean and cozy. Not fancy, but I was just looking for a warm shower, a hot meal, and a bed. We loved arriving and departing on foot for the Wicklow Way. Perfect and nestled in a valley rich in history. Restaurant was fine. Had the soup and salmon. The Bailey's cheesecake was super.

A group of 25 of us planned our first hike of the New Year 2017. We stayed at the Glenmalure lodge and booked a meal for the group upon our return. Food was excellent, Staff very friendly, entertainment was great. Breakfast next morning was also very pleasant. it also caters for packed lunches for your hike.

Went up recently with a group of friends for a meal, live locally. Found that the menu was very limited, didn't offer much value, and had vary little variety. I ended up going for lasagne. It was served in a half filled bowl and more than half of what was in it was cheese (and peppers for some reason) so...
