Check in was smooth, and ample parking spaces, we stayed in tower 7 on the 23rd floor view was super good, and its very cold, the aircond in the unit can be used as a heater if you feel to cold, just need to set to heater mode, rooms was clean and amenities was good, the pool was claimed to be heated pool however water was still cold thats my only complaint, other than that was a good stay, and the wifi is fast as well

During check in Overall was ok did mention about room will be same floor. I have actually booked 2 x onebed room suite. Which another room was not exactly one bedroom suite is a two deluxe room convert one room to be a sofa area. Which not explain at all during the check in. As a hospitality industry should able to inform the guest in advance during the check in. When I was arrive the reception counter fo staff is playing with their phone until I call them only put the phone aside. To enter to room and is very confuse. FO staff only inform me take lift to level 7 and take another lift straight to level 29. How would I know which lift to take and is so confusing Room bedsheet ,pillow case is with dirty stain how is HSK Team leader can final cross check and approval the room for guest to stay. During midnight there is no hot water in toilet and I have to go another room to take my shower. Which by right should check each of the room all in order only able to give out for guest to stay. Understand that most of the weekend is always full should be plan manning more during the weekend. As what I see food and drinks is finish not even refill and have to inform the staff only they able to refill. Not even follow mkn sop in the restaurant. When open up buffet should give glove for guest to take food. Is all about hygiene standard should the hotel follow. I’m also from hotel industry background. Understand each and every hotel should short of staff but when u have actually know the weekend is high occ you should plan all in advance to keep the standard there. I been staying for few time here and nothing been improve I hope this post is not remove. Tq Eugene

Stayed for 2 nights at the 2 Bedroom Suite/apartment. Since it’s the weekend, it’s definitely NOT CHEAP. And for the price we paid, the hotel is not meeting expectation. Hotel/Rooms were poorly maintained. It’s super basic no warmth or cosiness at all. Cold and soul-less!! Swimming pool was not heated at all. Such disappointment. No staff to enforce minimum 10 pax SOP, so swim at your own risk! No towel provided. In-door swimming which is cold and claustrophobic. Location is not strategic. Once we’re inside the hotel, definitely will not go out so inside food choices are limited (and definitely overpriced). The only good things i worth appreciating were the quick check in process, fast lift, ample parking space and good service by housekeeping team. Good job housekeeping team. Now, one last thing. This hotel do not have good enforcement on Covid-19 SOP. We, a family of 5 were already in the lift but the hotel staff INSISTED another 4 people from another family to enter the lift. When i questioned him why no social distancing? He tried to ignore me and then gave a lame excuse about the other family having a small baby! Hello, all the more reason we should practise social distancing to protect the small baby (and my small kids!!) Im furious beyond words. I will not recommend this hotel to my friends unless they renovate this hotel and improved their services in the future.

We stay 2 nights using Shoppee voucher. Were given deluxe room on 29th floor with astonishing view, feels like above the cloud. We shall give compliment to the receptionist upon check in Ms Joey for her excellent service, warmth welcome, and truly thorough with her hospitaliy service. Its been loooong time since we met a real decent receptionist that is real courteous like her. Guess the receptionist in the city like KL under a lot of pressure that it is hard even to see their welcoming smile, unlike those in genting highland. Staff in the Kembali were all very courteous and informative being asked about dining option. Thumbs up!!! Not to forget Mr Bellman Kamal that assist us with our luggage. Energetic and friendly, make us feel comfortable. Mr Duty Manager (sorry didnt manage to peek on the name tag) was very friendly as well. Always smile, looks happy and super express on checking out process. Makes everything runs smooth. We do hope Grand Ion Delemen teams will keep their best service and continue to glory. Hope to see you soon. Thanks for the great hospitality.

This hotel is located on the highest hill top of the Genting Highlands making it a place from where you want to fly high into the sky! They have a shuttle that takes you to the Resort World of Genting. Their wellness center is an amazing way to unwind healthily. The breakfast is bit of a chaos and the rooms and bathrooms are not fancy. The staff is very helpful.
