Had the chance to try out Maxims for 2 nights: 1. Check-in & check-out fast and efficient 2. Hotel corridors and deco. tastefully done 3. Room was small but great amenities provided (6 bottled waters, capsule coffee, large TV, relaxing chair) 4. WIFI was free and fast 5. Toilet, small but decent (big bathtub) 6. Near the casino 7. I had a very poor experience staying with Maxims. I am a nursing mother and as per all my travels, I would contact the hotel to placed the expressed breastmilk into a freezer. 1) Expressed Breastmilk mistakenly placed in fridge To ensure there were no glitches and errors, I communicate to the hotel via 3 channels 1) Through the phone...

Beautiful rooms. The minute you step into the lobby with its intricate designs, you can definitely feel the $$$ people willing to spend just to stay here. My stay here was quite incidental. Got a good price bargain for this hotel while searching in Genting Lif uses access key cards to access your room floor so it is safe. Bathroom...

The room is very spacious and clean. All facilities are provided to the guest. Check in at no hassle as they have many staff to support at the front desk. Highly recommended to couple & family. The Jacuzzi is consider big to me & my kid enjoy very well. definitely worth for the price.

The Maxims hotel is still under renovation and can be rated the second best after the Genting Hotel. There are about 700+ rooms when completed: of premium and standard ratings. The...

Maxim is suppose to be more premium that Genting's First world and Resort hotel, however the rooms were incredibly dated, the toilet flush was stuck (constantly flushing) and water from the shower, although nice and hot was at a really low pressure. There room amenities were basic and one of the room table lamps does not work. If the room...

Check in was a bit slow, same goes for check out, even though there were just a few guests. Room comes with dated furniture, however we had a king sized bed, which was just okay. Also has a bath tub in the bathroom. Overall I'm not all that excited staying here. We left one of our belongings behind and only...
