Has strange smell in the hallway, small bathroom and toilet. Comfy bed. No wifi in rooms, only in lobby area and has to pay 15 rm for 24 hours wifi use. Fast check out using the machine. Issuance of 1 key per person is good. Overall, it was an okay hotel.

Standard room have enough space only for sleeping. Happily added MYR5 to have a room with mountain view, made a lot of difference. The tiny room was less claustrophobic. Towels are clean, But your own toothbrush though. Drinking water is available somewhere in the hallway.

Cheapest hotel at Genting highlands, recommends for low budget travelers, can walk to the new shopping center (sky avenue) through lobby side, suggest choosing mountain view room is better than standard room.

The check-in was computerized and very user...

It is the world largest hotel, imagine there is 7,351 rooms in this hotel. just imagine over 7,000 travellers in breakfast madness, check in madness and check out madness. The room is small and kinda meant for the casino-goers. Just to leave your bags, sleep and bath... Food isn't the best around here... Tower 3 is the new wing and...
