Well, I have been staying in this hotel since its inception in 2002. I guess I have been here more than 30 times. For a property which has the most number of rooms in Asia, they are doing a great job. It has never been easy to maintain the cleanliness, hygienes etc. The only thing that they will need to...

Well, its the size and scale of this hotel that struck me. A hotel with 6118 rooms and still building more !! Staying in this hotel is an experience, although the rooms are not that great and are more like hostel rooms. Well, lets start from the beginning. We reached through the cable car and made our way through the...

Taken to this hotel, supposed to be a treat by dear friend Dr.Yeoh Oon Soon. Bad things compounded by more bad things. Long long wait at reception, dealing with disinterested/rude counter girl. Definitely a one or at best 2-stars hotel. Paper-thin walls, can hear everything neighbours & people in corridor saying. No airconditioning, just fan. At least room, bathroom & bedsheets clean....

Property with lot of rooms so feels like a assembly line process. No personal attention by staff. Food at Indian restaurant was pathetic. Clean but small rooms. No great view, only advantage being cheap prices compared to others in Genting Highlands.

We stayed at the Deluxe Room. Room have only space for toilet, 2 single bed and dressing table. Our room had no view and faced another room opposite. As such we had to keep our curtains closed. Ww were unable to feel the cooling air due to the thicked curtains. Toilet is clean. Overall only for sleeping due to the...

This hotel is just for staying the night and nothing more. No room service, bell desk, house keeping or staff to help you out. Everything is to be managed on your own. But never mind, Genting island is to be enjoyed here and not the hotel. Indulge in the indoor theme park or casino, have lovely food at various outlets...

I have stayed in this hotel a few years back & I never had a good opinion on this hotel. Well I stayed there again & this time I have decided to put in a review. Well, considering the large number of rooms in this hotel, the cleanliness can be considered very good. Check-in was through automated machines with issuance...

This property looks like out CST Station with People coming and going all day, the hotel featured in Guinness and Ripley's, with more than 6,000 rooms. The climate was very pleasant and view from room was breathtaking!! Tip: Ask for Superior Deluxe room with high floor, you will have good time. Overall must visit one time.
