We stayed here for 2 nights, the rooms are specious and clean. Breakfast was quite good with lots of variety. The open sitting area is also nice for having breakfast. However the rooms seem to have not good outside view or balcony, just outside window of your room you may find construction going on or a pre constructed wall. Overall...

We celebrate our 1st year anniversary in Malaysia and one of our side trip was Genting Island. We stayed overnight in Resort Word. I can say that the room was clean and spacious. The hotel as an easy access to the shopping outlet, casinos and restaurant. And one more thing i like is the easy and fastest way to check-out...

To those going there with families, there's nothing much for your kids to play there. As the construction has make its way "into" the building. So avoid unless you are there for the weather and casinos. Cheers

Was there in early March 2015 for 2 nights. Hotel room: 1. Spacious and clean and well designed. I will describe it as simple fit out. 2. Somehow most rooms seemed connected to another room. So, got to ensure your side is well locked. 3. Doors and sound proofing is not so good so you can hear people chatting next...

Room basic only. No WiFi in room. No air-con (only fan) - but still was cold when window was opened because of the cool fresh air from outside. No valet parking but ample parking available.. Very friendly check-in service.

It is a very average hotel, not the 4 star as it claimed to be- more of a 3 star standard. The rooms are clean but basic. The staffs are generally friendly and helpful. The main shortcoming of this hotel is that Wifi connection is only available at the hotel lobby, not in the rooms even if one is willing...

We went to stay there for 5 nights. Last July, 14, I complained about the heavy stained carpet and lamented the management should look into this matter? Indeed they do. Now the room has new carpet and presented a different outlook. The toiletries remain full and they provide new slippers daily hoping the guests would use them so that the...
