Really mixed feelings about this place. Pros: -Comfy beds, good linens -Nice large fluffy towels, clean and functional bathroom -Suite was HUGE for the price ($135/nt with a corp rate) -Suite had an electric kettle, which is hard to come by in hotels (tiny coffee makers never cut it if you are a tea drinker). -No mystery stains on furniture or walls (yep, this is far too common in any price range lately, so worth mentioning) -Included breakfast was decent, if limited, and there were real plates and cutlery so less plastic waste Cons: -Smelly in halls/public areas. Combo of chlorine and musty. -Grandma furniture and decor (but it wasn't particularly worn, so it appears to be new-ish grandma decor, go figure) -Drapes completely inadequate to keep the light out--just too small in all dimensions--and no sheers for privacy. So it was drapes open to the parking lot, or closed. -Staff wasn't stellar. Housekeeping offered to clean our room "later" on the day we stayed over, but "later" meant we had to be out of the room by 11, and that wasn't in the plan. Front desk was competent but nothing more. Others in our party were flatly denied either late check out or early check in, and honestly, it didn't look like the parking lot or the hotel were close to full. This is a utilitarian location near the highway if you have a reason to be in the area. I'd probably stay here again for the rate if I needed to be in Oromocto, but there's nothing to recommend it for a leisure stay.…

Staff were friendly Room was outdated but clean, did the job. Bed was comfy. Continental breakfast wasnt anything special but that was fine with me. Included waffle maker, bagels, toast and english muffins, yogurt, cereal and boiled in(which I wouldn’t recommend)

Great spot for shopping & relaxing, perfect for our anniversary. Restaurant in the motel was great Chinese food delicious. Did not use pool, breakfast was good. There were hockey teams there the kids & parents were very polite.

Great service GERALD was great assisted with luggage, very clean and pet friendly location. I grew up in the area which is a great location to stay between Fredricton and NOVIA SCOTIA. I would have preferred scrambled eggs over hard boiled in the continental breakfast. Overall a pleasant experience.

this a hotel to visit when you are in the roads from place to place. the reception was very nice and let us in before 15 (time chuck in)... we got help to connect nearby hotel to do our laundry and help us to find restaurant in the aria

Mould around the tub was a concern. Quality of coffee supplied was needing attention. It was very weak especially the coffee in the room. Freshener in the room was overwhelming. Should allow more nature airflow. Windows need to open more.

This hotel was excellent and a value………except no one told us when we booked that the elevator has been broken since January!!!! We had booked a non-cancellation room, so we were stuck hauling our suitcases up to the 4th floor. We are 82 and 74. No fair!!!!!!

I stayed at this location in September 2022 and discovered after check in that the Elevator has been out of service for several months, since Jan 2022. The breakfast did not consist of any hot eggs or bacon or sausage and there were not many available options for my children.

Disappointing. Looks good from the outside. Was not told at booking that elevator was out of service over 8 months and assigned a room on the 4th floor with a bad knee. Room was clean. But dated and stale odour. Hallway carpeting was extremely soiled
