A wonderful establishment of a type fast disappearing in this world. Fantastic location, setting and service. Great food with great wine pairings and impeccable attention to detail. I even dressed for dinner!

We stop off at the Chateau whenever we can on our trips through France , maybe to Germany, Italy of down south. It is a first class start to a trip after leaving Calais and avoiding the Paris nightmare. We book the Orangery room because they have aircon, and also easy to reach from the restaurant via the 1 floor...

Stayed here for one night on the way to Italy and it truly was a treat. The building is stunning, surrounded by a moat and gardens. The interior is lovely and the room we had in the chateau was delightfully quirky. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was also good. We ate in the Orangery restaurant, which lived up...

Beautiful setting, nicely presented rooms, somewhere quite special which I would recommend you to stay. However if you do I would suggest you be extremely careful eating at the restaurant as I my main meal of pork had me sick as a dog from about 2 am onwards and for the rest of the next day. I had my concerns...

This is a beautiful Chateau, make no mistake. In a beautiful surrounding including the quaint village. So first stage does not let down. Staff upon arrival were very attentive and helpful, happy to show a quick tour of the hotel communal areas and some brief history on way to showing you to your room. So second stage is fantastic too,...

I've stopped here a couple of times now and it's faultless. The last time we stayed we decided to stay in the Orangery which it still very nice, I actually preferred it to the old Chateau but my wife prefers the Chateau. Both times we stayed here we have booked into the restaurant for the taster menu. Be warned, you...

Couldn't fault this gorgeous hotel. Have already booked again and chosen one of the top spec rooms. Restaurant was excellent, service perfect. Only had one night on this trip, definitely not enough to explore the beautiful local area.
