The very clean and comfortable room is in a traditional home setting with a lovely garden where you can have a nice drink amongst grape vines, fruit trees and flowers. The hosts are genuinely very helpful and friendly and offered us a cool beer and coffee in their garden. It's within walking distance to the town centre. Parking outside and...

Mario and Madame Sylvie were incredibly accommodating considering we arrived without having booked. They welcomed us anyway, and after dinner invited us to join them in their beautiful backyard garden for cafe and homemade apple tart. Even with our limited French skill, we had a delightful conversation. Breakfast was delicious.

Host offered us a delicious glass of Champagne upon arrival and was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated with many interesting details and lovely furnishings. The host spoke French and English and was most hospitable giving us suggestions as to where we could paint, as artists. We appreciated this very much.

The charming hosts of La Dorlotine were very welcoming and after showing me to my immaculate room brought me a beer and nuts in the garden (at no charge). They insisted I park my motorcycle in their garage rather than on the street and provided helpful advice about local restaurants and sites. Breakfast was a good continental at a time...

Very nice stay in Soissons, the B&B is very welcoming, the garden lovely even under the rain, and our host gave us many advice as to what to visit and explore. The rooms are quite comfortable and quiet, perfect to feel at home for a few days.

My girlfriend comes from the area so we stayed here over the Christmas holidays for a few nights. I agree with the previous reviews, the couple running the place are very friendly and provide a very nice home-made breakfast. More importantly to me, the wifi was good in the room and we could park literally outside. It's a five-minute walk...

I've just spent a delightful weekend in Soissons and chose La Dorlotine after reading the comments on Tripadvisor. The couple who run this charming B&B near the town centre are great - on hand if you need them, while letting you come and go as you please. Mario is a mine of information and was kind enough to take us...

this is an excellent chambre d'hote. We have just spent a very happy week there and enjoyed it. The house and room were comfortable with a simple but efficient shower. Breakfasts were elegant and different each day. Parking is easy as is the walk into the town centre. But best of all were Madame Sylvie and Monsieur Mario. Friendly, interesting,good...

This was our first of a chambre d'hote ... and what an experience. We arrived early evening without having booked, Although our French and Mario's english are not excellent we managed to communicate perfectly. The room was quaint, comfortable and quintessentially french with a good sized bathroom. The host was most welcoming and charming. We enjoyed a pleasant exchange over...

We had a very comfortable stay in this lovely B&B. Our room was large, clean and comfortable and the location was walking distance to the town. Perfect. M. Roncoroni is a very pleasant and accommodating host and most interesting to talk with. We learned so much about the area we were visiting. We would definitely recommend this B&B to anyone...
